All they did was send the same form that I had sent for Decision Review to the Board of Appeals. They didn't even speak with us once before they did it. The judge did decide in our favor based solely on information I had already written and submitted myself. Hill and Ponton took 30% of our money for putting their name and a stamp on it. Then, when they wanted to pursue another issue, they came back and wanted me to write everything up for them again. I'm supposed to do all the work so they can take 30%. I fired them.

After reading reviews from other Veterans who highly recommended Hill & Ponton Attorneys, I decided to reach out. From my very first phone interview, I felt supported. The representative I spoke with was patient, understanding, and compassionate. She took the time to listen to my situation and clearly explained the process, which immediately put me at ease. A few days later, I received a call from Josh letting me know my case had been accepted. He went over the next steps and contract details in a very professional and reassuring way. Everyone I've spoken with or emailed so far has been outstanding. Although I am just beginning my journey with Hill & Ponton, I am extremely happy with the initial hiring process. While I understand no firm can guarantee results, I truly feel confident that I now have a strong team fighting for me. If you are feeling overwhelmed, discouraged, or unsure where to turn, I highly recommend giving Hill & Ponton a call. I plan to update my review once my case is complete, but so far my experience has been nothing but positive.

What my wife and I found in Robert Alston and his caring team at The Disability Law Firm was a quiet, small, but highly effective legal team that represented us superbly over a lengthy and complex litigation against multiple, larger legal firms and corporate agendas. From the beginning and at every step along the way of a five year odyssey, Robert and his team guided our steps, listened intently to our needs, answered all of our many questions, and pointed out all of our options so that we always felt comfortable with the legal process and confident of all decisions we needed to make. My wife and I never realized that a "simple" auto accident could have turned into such a complex and protracted battle but even when Robert recommended the addition of a special co-counsel to the team, we felt that all major decisions in the case were made transparently, explained fully, and acted on only upon our full understanding and agreement. We were provided all opportunities we needed to sit down or just communicate with the team so that we were always at the center of the litigation process; our needs, our concerns, and our expectations. Settled ultimately out of court, My wife and I felt that the litigation was resolved with the best possible outcome in a way that was fair, ethical, and extremely satisfying. If my wife and I ever have need of legal advice or representation again, there is no team we would trust more that Robert Alston and his Disability Law Firm.

If you're reading this review more likely than not you have had your initial claim for occupational disability denied and you're feeling powerless and that your wits end as to how file an appeal to your denial for disability compensation and if necessary how to build a sound legal argument for litigation against these predatory premium collecting but not benefit paying insurance companies. Mr. Coffman is a man of great integrity, superior intellectual ability, articulate and focused on how to best and eloquently represent you. If you're looking for the best insurance litigation lawyer look no further because you will not find a better litigator anywhere. He took our case on the fee contingency basis, he met with us and his staff and got into the complex nature of my wife's disability and its impact on her functional capacity. He explained the entire process from filing a claim for disability and appeals with the insurance company and was very knowledgeable and experienced about litigating disability claims in federal district. He provided us with referrals to expert subject matter experts on occupational medicine whose expert competent medical opinions were instrumental in us prevailing in Patsi's award of her disability compensation. He wrote appeals based on legal precedent providing case citations to bolster his legal arguments in the best legal brief I have ever read. He is a powerful communicator both in terms of his capacity to articulate and has writing skill which is nothing less than astounding. He kept us on up to speed on every aspect of the case and answered every question we had and provided us information so that we understood every aspect of how he was going to help us prevail against the Hartford insurance company. His fees are fair and reflect his sense of equity and his level of integrity. This man gives lawyers a good name. We'll Mr. Coffman but that we cannot repay except to render our endorsement of his capacity to practice law. In collaboration with my wife Patsi we have taken the time to endorse Coffman law.

Upon entering the building the receptionist at Olinsky Disability Advocate law group advised us that we would not be allowed cell phones upstairs. It was still raining heavily so we went up and the security guard would not let us into the room with the cell phones. I offered to sit in the hallway with the phones and was told I would have to go back down to the first floor. The Olinsky office was near the front door of the building and the only place with chairs. I went in to sit in the lobby area and was told I would not be able to sit there and that they would call security if I did not leave. I did go out into the hallway and I must say with attitude. I sat down on the floor in front of the window by the office. A woman from the Olinsky office came and shut the office door which had been open until now. A woman came by and started telling me how the guard upstairs would have been fired if he had let me stay in that office. I told her he could have let me sit in the hallway. The woman was not happy that I did not agree with her. And yes it was still raining outside. The woman from the Olinsky office came out to tell me that they could not have me hearing them talking to clients while I was sitting in the reception area. Weil first of all if I had an appt with them and had to sit in that area I should not be able to hear them saying anything personal to clients. She then offered me coffee and cookies and let me know that If I did not leave she would have to call security. She did call security and the poor guy had to come from another building in the rain to speak with me. He asked me why I was there and why I was not sitting in the hallway upstairs. I told him they wouldnt let me. He went upstairs and came back and said my daughter would be just a few more minutes. He also had me scootch a little further from the Olinsky door. Which I did. My daughter got denied and will not be hiring any lawyers from the Olinsky Disability Advocates office.
