Amazing place! My personal favorite location amongst many that I can choose from. I travel a lot as a military wife and need to be hair free with doing The Challenge on MTV and The Challenge All Stars on Paramount+. My favorite at this location is the staff. I especially love the women who work here! They always take such good care of me and are so sweet and welcoming! My schedule is constantly changing and they have been wonderful with fitting me in when I am in town! Plus they are thorough and professional. Thank You for keeping my body hair maintenance to a; "when was the last time I shaved?" With your services and lifetime policies. You keep me looking my greatest and camera ready when I am 8 weeks in the jungle in Panama to 5 weeks roughing in Vietnam! Initially, this was a great business. However, I've had a lot of issues with inconsistency from this location. I was scheduled for a visit one day at 12pm and they were closed when I arrived. No heads up or notice. My appointment has been cancelled twice in a time span of two weeks and the next available appointment is over a month away. It's difficult to maintain a consistent schedule of coming, especially for the price being paid. read more

Once you have purchased and not accepting their upsells the level of customer service goes down the drain. Not to mention I started getting interns, which I was never asked if that was okay, and the service was just different. There was no one in the room to make sure she did it right. It took me 8 plus weeks to get back in. Which is way different from when I initially purchased my package. I stopped getting text messages for appointments and was asked by the call center if I would like those. I said yes they should've never stopped. I still don't get them. I have tried calling the location for months and can never get the location. Which is different. There's never multiple people being seen and someone is always at the front desk so I don't understand why in months I haven't been able to reach the Cedar Hill location. I spoke with Erica who says she's the assistant manager and she told me she doesn't know who can help me get text messages again it's automated or call customer service. She was quick to confirm her title but couldn't provide me with any actual assistance. I thought maybe I blocked promotional text but I checked while standing in their office and I did not block anything. Today I received a dirty robe to dress out in. I was nervous at first, but the woman that helped me made me feel comfortable and everything was so clean. You can never get in your follow up appointments will be weeks before you can get in because they only have one person and it's always somebody different. They will always try to upsell you and then if you cancel your appointment due to a medical emergency, they'll put you out another month to do your visit they are not accommodating and not flexible at all read more

I have been a customer for well more than a year. The staff has been friendly every time there is an appointment. Booking appointments sometimes takes patience since they book ongoing customers ten weeks out. The laser treatments are not painless, but are tolerable, and comfort is given by the nurse giving you the treatment. read more
