I had the most beautiful picture perfect smile and he destroyed it. My top lip is fuller than my bottom lip and my lips are crooked. I feel like I was a science experiment. I wake up everyday crying, because of how ugly I feel. I no longer want to smile. When I questioned him and said that he ruined my smile, he said "we didn't consult about your smile". Why in Gods name would you not tell someone that you would completely change the proportions of someone's smile and lips doing filler?? Probably because he had no clue what he was doing. Beware of this man. He may ruin your confidence, and your face. He did mine. I've consulted with several woman, three injectors, and also a well renowned plastic surgeon and they all said I didn't need filler and my lips look ill proportioned. The sad thing is that injectors do not tell you that filler is actually semi permanent or permanent. I may have to live with these lips for a very long time. Or I can risk getting them dissolved which can cause permanent damage. The stress of this situation has affected my job, my livelihood and postponed my wedding.

Instead, the business should have tried to focus on directly responding to a negative review with empathy, take responsibility, and offering an apology. Owner preaches confidence, empowerment and inner beauty while simultaneously harassing people during a family oriented event (first Friday) and insulting people's lips and facial features-essentially trying to prey on women's possible insecurities to greedily put money in their pocket.
