My initial online inquiry was answered within 6 hours by the Sales Manager. Was immediatly contacted by a Sales Associate (Nick) who helped us through the process professionally and in a timely matter. Price was excellent and everything you would expect was delivered as promised. The car was ready at the time and date we requested. Financing was handled appropriately and satisfactorily. Cant predict if the car will have problems in the future obviously but as far as the buying process it was excellent, couldnt ask for a more accommodating staff. Based on our experience I would highly recommend this dealership.

I expressed my disappointment and was sent another runaround about how I should have confirmed another 27 times to the appointment. They suggested an air filter change as it was dirty. I said go ahead. Should have priced it first but that is my issue. Upon picking up the vehicle the total was now $171.29!! That means the air filter and labour to install was $102.61! I was a but shocked at the time but paid the bill. After researching online with prices I called them back to report my displeasure with the amount. They were not impressed and simply claimed that it was normal amount for what they did.
