I was on a 2 week driving vacation of the east coast and only planned a week's worth of laundry knowing that at some point I'd do some on the road. Well the Hilton I was staying at didn't have machines so I pulled this place up on Yelp. Now I have a washer and dryer at home so it had been many many years since I've been in a laundry mat. The place was nicer then I remember a laundry mat being. Bonus was being able to more than one load at a time. I found the rates reasonable, the machine easy to figure out, plenty of parking and a helpful staff being just a single person but she was helpful. It worked for me. read more

I came here and did a load of laundry, while my clothes were washing I walked to the resturant across the parking lot and came back to find my car booted! Are you kidding me? I brought a few things to be washed for the 3 time, first 2 times I was pleased. This time was awful, they were put in the plastic bag damp, folded terribly and it cost $15 plus I always over tip thinking it would insure great service. I will never go back.... read more

A lot of the machines leak but they do have soap and a lot of parking, they also have a bunch of different sizes of washers, but only one dryer but I think on Tuesday they give a free 20 min or something which is nice it's a good place to do laundry read more

Despite where the map says it is, it is right between the Home Depot and PathMark. You can pull into the Home Depot and hang a right into their parking lot. I decided to check it out, because a new laundromat means newer machines and such ... fewer broken ones ... maybe less ghetto? It had all of what I expected. They have free soap, but I have very sensitive skin and didn't take advantage of that. Plenty of places to sit and wait. I parked in their lot for 5 minutes to pick up my food. There were plenty of spots still open. My car got booted and had to pay 80$. The man watched me get out of my car and go into garden catering, then booted my car. Not like I was going into a restaurant to sit down and eat for hours. With how hard everyone has it now a day glad everyone wants to screw the other person over. read more

Our washer broke. It was a terrible, terrible day when I realized I had to bring my delicates to some laundromat nearby so that I had something clean to wear the next day. My hesitancy stems from a number of reasons: 1) prior experiences while attending school; 2) most of the laundromats are in Port Chester and they're tiny; 3) a lot of them look grody. This place is huge, so I figured this wouldn't be a repeat of my two years of living in a dorm up in Albany. You know, clawing someone's eyes out to claim a washer and dryer? It gets old in the first week. Can't tell you the number of times a person felt the need to open the washer or dryer up and fling all my clothes on top of the machine (they're covered in dirt and soap and HELLO, I don't need the pervert touching my bras and panties) because they couldn't wait a damn minute for me to unload the machine myself. Super Suds has plenty of space inside and it didn't feel dirty either. My experience was fairly painless, and I did get some reading done while I waited. Didn't use the dryers here since the one I have at home still works. Not sure why you would ever leave your clothes at a laundromat unattended. A few hours of sitting around isn't the end of the world. Bring a book to pass the time or play Candy Crush on your phone. FYI: this place is between Home Depot and Pathmark. It's further back in the lot, so you may miss it if you're driving by and not paying attention. read more

Beware of the tow service in the parking lot! I parked there for 10 minutes max and had a boot on the car when I came out. The tow guy charged me $65 !!! to remove the boot. This was because I didn't realize I wasn't in a normal strip mall parking lot and wasn't allowed to park there for Garden Catering. I would never use any of these businesses due to this rip off "gotcha" policy. read more

I recently went to this facility to do laundry, but quickly walked out because it is FILTHY. After I decided not to wash my children's clothes there, I walked out to find that my car was BOOTED. Apparently they have someone waiting in the parking lot to catch people that are not using Super Suds. I guess that they did not see my walking through their facility or look in my car windows to see the laundry and detergent. The man would not remove the boot until I threatened to call the police. Only then did he remove it without a charge. I have never written a reivew of a business before, but I felt obligated to do so. If Super Suds is going to have someone 'police' their parking lot, they should get it right! Make sure you don't boot a customers car. Also, clean up you facilities - they are disgusting!!! read more

BEWARE!! LAUNDRY GETS STOLEN HERE AND OWNER WILL NOT DO ANYTHING. I heard this place was great so I went there several times to do laundry. My laundry was stolen out of the dryer, which the owner saw on videotape, and the owner could not tell which person took it because the thieves push the baskets under the folding tables and then dump it into their bags. The owner even refused to reimburse me for the cost of doing my (stolen) laundry. Amazing. Would not recommend if you care about your stuff and if you prefer not to launder with low class thieves. read more

Just dropped off 47 pounds of laundry!!! and bought myself a laundry free Saturday for 70 cents a pound. Very worth it and a quick stop in Port chester. Facility is clean and the folks are nice. The parking lot is marked clearly on where you can and can't park. read more

Got my car booted here today and the lot was EMPTY!! The owner refused to reimburse me for the cost even after I went in to pick up my laundry at the cleaners (which uses the same lot btw). Their parking policy is entrapment and will cost you $$$$. Go ANYWHERE but here! read more

It's an ok place to do laundry at, but the people that work there are stupid, they yell at you if you need help or a question. Just yesterday I went and a lady and her family were there. The bleach in the family's bag was spilling, and the lady didn't notice. The lady who worked there rushed over and started yelling at them saying "Now Who's Gonna Clean This Up!" The lady and her husband are arrguing with the worker because they didn't know that the bleach was spilling, they said they're sorry and that they would clean it up. The lady started yelling at them saying some unpleasant words at them, they parents 13/15 year old daughter rushes in and wants to know what is happening. Why that lady was yelling at her parents, the little girl starts arrguing, when the lady called her stupid. I was shocked with everything that was happening. I don't wish to go back there if that's how the people who work there are. I advise you to NOT go! read more
