And yes, that also means that if you are late to your appointment or last-minute cancel your appointment, you will be charged accordingly. The drive to the salon was easy, the area to turn into the plaza, wasn't cramped, in the parking lot was spacious enough, and most importantly, it was free! I just hate when you go to places and have to pay for parking when you're already paying for services, I'm a firm believer that store should validate. Adianez was my tech for the first visit, and while she was very nice, I don't speak Spanish fluently, so communication was difficult, especially since I had to show her the technique for reptile nails using blooming gel. I recently came back for another plain red set and was assigned a different tech Heydi, who was visibly frustrated when she couldn't achieve the sharp stiletto shape I was requesting, and passed me off to Adianez since she had done my last set. The salon doesn't feel welcoming, especially when the techs seem annoyed and don't pay as much attention to detail as I have become accustomed to with my last long-term tech. My nails always break as well and retention isn't great - I had to come back in to get a nail fixed for each set (for which they charge $7) and since my last nail fix on my current set, three more nails have broken. I'm pretty disappointed, and don't recommend this salon if you are particular about your nails/nail art and want nails that last.
