She was detailed-oriented, skilled, and made sure I was comfortable with her work at key points (e.g. the shaping, color). I was very happy with how my manicure turned out and it looked as good as new the next day, when I spent the day at an important work event. I also appreciated the fact that the instruments were freshly sanitized. The other staff members I interacted with were warm and friendly, which was great.
