I took the telescope out and found it to be very easy to use, allowing me to acquire some nice photos of the eclipse.

Now I'm not their usual target demographic, but I appreciate the family history and their legacy in Wheat Ridge. The original business used to be next door, which now functions as an event space and storage. This store, however, is two floors and filled to the brim. To give perspective on their audience, my mother would absolutely love this place. Having said that, I do appreciate quality florals and bouquets. Heck, I even have a gardenia tattooed on my forearm! Well, my wife was due for a beautiful arrangement, and I was able to find one here. The best part? These flowers actually last! Not like the cheap ones you buy at the grocery store. For the past 10 days, the flowers have brightened up our dining room table. The woman I spoke with was very kind and helpful. I hope they continue to have premade bouquets on hand, because it makes it very easy on the buyer to get in and get out. PS, love the old working cash register they have!

I found this shop when I lived in Denver and kept in contact with them for years on social media and ordered some good stuff from their website. They've created a ridiculously cool shop! They branched into customized stationery including wedding invitations several years ago. Whenever I'm in town I have to stop in and say hello and continue to support a wonderful small business. If you love your fancy paper and pretty cards and world-class customer service then you need to get over to Wordshop! Killin' it as always, Wordshop!

We were able to find parking without much difficulty. The displays in the store are nicely done and very enticing. There's a true stationery department where many types of writing materials, business cards, announcements, invitations, and whatever else you might imagine can be ordered. There's also an extensive selection of greeting cards. Unique gift items lurk throughout the store from mugs to toiletries to tableware to jewelry, housewares, candles, stuffed animals, stickers, bags, books, and even bits of clothing from vests to caps to socks. This is a really interesting small, local business run by lovely people. They are definitely worth repeat visits.
