He is trying to rip me off for $100k (and there IS a lawsuit). He did not know how to put in the foundation. Had no idea how to do the plumbing. Would show up at 10 AM or later. After 2 months and not so much as the foundation completed (on what he claimed was a 4 month job, What little work he did get done was so wrong it would not (and did not) pass inspection. After witnessing his horrible work and work ethic, I told him just give me back my money so I could find a contractor who would complete the work. He NEVER gave me back ANYTHING. I also found out he is not even registered (or for that matter insured) to build ANYTHING in Montana. This person IS A SCAMMER. BEWARE!! Also find it VERY strange that some unknown person raves about saying Ryan just finished her home. He CLAIMED to do a job in 4 months (look where that got me) and after 3 months, look what was accomplished. Yet this other reviewer claims he just finished the job even though it was the start of July when I was left with that mess. Hmmmm have we more scammers helping him??

Our search for the origin of the smell became more frantic as the smell intensified. Finally we discovered the smoldering outlet and called the fire department. The drama intensified when the firemen arrived and tested the wall and removed a melted outlet. As soon as the hour permitted, we called Wired Electric in the morning. Ryan was busy but he made time to come to the house to help us. He quickly replaced the melted outlet and rewired the other one in the same room. He returned as soon as his calendar allowed and rewired the rest of the outlets and will return later this spring to set us up with a more efficient and safer electric box. Thanks to Ryan, I have been sleeping more soundly knowing he has made and continues to make our house safer.
