They created a space in a spare closet for my boy and made it cozy as well as provide temporary litter box as well as well as yummy food and treats. It meant everything to me to be able to let him hang out there while I went to get a bite to eat and a coffee. This was totally unorthodox and I would have never expected them to take so much time out of their day to care for my cat and myself. The van was repaired early afternoon and Gohan and I were back on the road, but not before the Lovely owners offered us some food samples and a really great sticker from the store! I'll never forget their care, and they showed me that they truly are in business love of people and animals, their wellbeing. I get that they are shipped and sold in small containers but this is Animal abuse. A lady near me was asking where the betta fish were and and an associate said, over there and showed her by where I was standing . Did they not see or care to the conditions of the fish??? When she arrived and saw what I was looking at I said "this is not how you ******* treat betta fish." The customer service at check was first rate. I was in and out in ten minutes but my experience was very positive.
