This place is TERRIBLE and so are the people that work there! DO NOT SHOP HERE! These people are scam artists! I bought two rechargeable Esco Bars and spent nearly $70. I went to my car and opened each vape to test them out, and one of them had been leaking juice and wouldn't even hit. I walked back in the store less than a minute later (I never left the premises of the business as my car was parked RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE STORE), and the awful people working there said that because I left the store there was now nothing that they could do for me! This establishment presents itself as "classy" but it's really just a heaping pile of trash! And the workers are sorry scam artists who clearly don't care about treating their customers right. So I did not know which size of glass on glass bowl I needed. Either the larger 18mm or the smaller 16 mm. The guy tells me that they are having a deal on glass for the Bronco's game. 40% off. So I get a great deal on a glass bowl and take it home. Of course I get the wrong size, so I jumped back in the car and head back over. My previous comments are true, however it is now 4 days later and both pieces I purchased are broken. One took an incredibly short fall that would never have broken a quality pipe. The other broke after being tapped with a plastic pill bottle to loosen up a clog. Do not waste your money. Next time I will try Golden Leaf at 84th and Sheridan. read more

The pricing is super fair, but if you walk in with a med card or student ID like the friend I happened to be with, you get 20% off as well. If I was a smoker, I would shop here. I went in and bought a bong that was completely clear and was supposed to be high end, quality glass. It cost a bit over $75. As soon as we got outside I noticed there were stressors in the glass where there was a structural weakness which was readily apparent because the bong had no coloring. (I was literally within feet of the door.) The clerk examined my bong after I paid for it and I didn't see anything at the time because it is very dark in the store, but it was immediately apparent when we went outside. Upon returning, the clerk seemed incredibly annoyed and there was no replacement. I asked for a different bong and found one that was about $10 cheaper but they would not do anything about the difference in price even though I hadn't left the store yet. This time I got a different clerk, who, like the previous fella, seemed rushed and like they were doing us a favor. She was incredibly rude and said she could do nothing for us about this difference in price. Mind you, they have plenty of small items they could have thrown in, especially considering they just sold me faulty equipment. The service at the Boulder location is the antithesis of this location and I will never go back. read more

Horrible customer service, I was there at 820, they closed at 9 pm. Today this happened, the guy there said I had to leave, they were close to closing, only 830, but he said I had a minute left. I was really disappointed in my recent experience here. I was ready to drop a fair amount of cash and it seemed like it was asking too much too look at some of the water pipes. The guy who "helped" me (who is either an owner or manager) was too caught up in his magazine or whatever he was reading to really care if I bought anything or not. I was the only person in the store but he couldn't wait to get back to the front counter. I had heard they were running a 4/20 sale, but he rudely told me they didn't have anything on sale. I would have dropped $3-400 on one of their Zob's had there been any semblance of customer service, but there wasn't so I guess I'll take my business elsewhere. I don't expect typical customer service from a head shop, but they should at least act like they care where there is a customer around. I have shopped here for years and have often sent friends here, but they will no longer get my business or my recommendations. I guess they're doing so well, they don't need my money anyway. read more
