They had several opportunities, including taking pictures of my cars, to tell me that they were offering me full coverage for a 2007 Camry and a 2013 Impala should not have been happening. I should have been told by my agent took the pictures, appropriate coverage for those old cars especially since they were factory model, nothing special. I called in and I spoke to a representative in the middle of January. I explained to them this situation that I was overcharged for my auto insurance since 2002 and that now since the policy lapsed they put me in a higher risk bucket, so they have wronged me twice. I was told this issue would be escalated to upper management and I would receive a call back no later than January 22nd. Today is February 20th and I had to call in. The initial representative was great. Her manager however, was not. She actively did not care that I have been a member for all of these years 16 years, and that the company had wronged me by overcharging me and reporting me delinquent.
