I knew I wanted to have a destination wedding, and if she could keep all of these people organized, she could surely handle my wedding! We set up an initial meet and greet phone call to go over expectations and discuss needs. From there Cari hit the ground running and came back to us with various options for a destination wedding. We looked at multiple countries and resorts in the Caribbean that worked within our budget. We ended up choosing Secrets Akumal in Riviera Maya, Mexico because it seemed to have the best bang for your buck while offering an easier travel arrangement for our guests. Cari handled all of the communications with the resort for the wedding guests and all of the communications with the wedding coordinators to confirm our date. She handled every stressful aspect of planning without a single complaint, and since I know our guests well, it was shocking! True Rockstar! When we flew to Mexico for the wedding, we were greeted by our driver who had chilled champagne waiting for us in the car. When we got the resort, we had more special gifts waiting for us in the room. I felt like a celebrity all due to Cari's personal touches. We ended up having 97 people attend our wedding, Cari managed everyone's hotel reservation and their airport transfers. I never heard about any issues and every went according to plan.
