I WOULD NOT TAKE DEAD DOG THERE THEY WOULD KILL IT AGAIN! Place was dirty and had NO staff. Bad place. PT was come in for five minutes and talked and picked up my good leg. All is good they would say. Walk out. I ended up with two legs twice their normal size in less than 2 weeks. SEPSIS. .. my family came and rushed me by ambulance. One hour more Dr. Said I would have died. They considered amputation. Both legs. I was in hospital over a month. And in rehab care at a center for over 11 months. Came home with care givers. I went through hell. And now I will never walk again. Thanks a bunch for my new normal.

We had the opportunity to visit this location for an outpatient procedure. It was nice to have a…read moreseparate place away from the hub-bub and crazy parking at the hospital. They had a central check in desk and waiting area right inside the doors. Once checked in, you can sit relax, while tracking your status on the posted TV screen showing the procedures in the queue and what doctor is assigned. Once we were called back, they set us up in a cubby hole type room with walls on 3 sides and open to the hall with a pull curtain for privacy. The nurses station was right outside our room so we heard all the conversations that they had both professional and personal. They had a drink station in the area, that family can use when waiting for the patient. Our procedure took longer for the preparation and waiting, than the procedure itself. We were in and out in less and 20 minutes for the actual procedure. Unfortunately, the computer system screwed up our discharge orders and we had to wait around longer than we wanted and then never got the paperwork in the end. I like the convenience and efficiency of the surgical center, but they need a bit of work on the processing-of-patients part.

The staff were friendly and kind they listened to my wife and cared about her as a person. We got there when there was no emergency line, and they took us right back. The staff were attentive and did the how they could to make my wife comfortable. This is an exemplary facility. We had to stop few times on the way and finally went to the ER. Luckily, they weren't very busy. We got checked in and taken to the room in 10 min. The nurse and MD were both very nice. Once they found out that we had a flight home in just a few hrs and still had a way to go to SLC they took care of us pretty fast. Basic labs were done in 10 min and I was given copy.
