The response to EVERY single one of my calls (there were plenty) and the fact that they truly scheduled me as soon as they possibly could, made me feel like they really cared about the safety of my business. I give every company ample time to resolve any issues before I write something positive or negative and I don't hold the entire company accountable for one dumb employee having a bad day. You all should be the same. I am very detailed in what I write. I say this because I am coming a cross so many useless reviews and minor complaints over samll sh*t. Reviews need to be helpful not, knocking companies for small stuff or hatemongering. AA Fire Equipment is a first class company. The receptionist, Jeanette is a doll and very professional on the phone. The manager is also very kind and worked out a great price for us. The technician called me 30 minutes ahead of time prior to our appointment and he was very well dressed and professional. I would use them again next year for both my fire extinguishers and kitchen hood inspection. I also like they are very invovled in the community and give back to local charities. All around good experience. I saw the one comment about following up with them. I only had to follow up one time because I was asking about pricing for various items. Other than that, I didn't think it was an issue.
