Updating. After my son's experience in the early preschool room, I can't in good conscience recommend anyone to this provider. You want to believe that they have your children's best interests at heart. You want to know that they are teaching your child age appropriate behavior and to help them learn to appropriately express their emotions. Dropping my son off in the morning became traumatic, I would bring him in only to hear the kids getting yelled at and threatened. They'd threaten to not let them go outside for talking. This was not only in the preschool room but in the 18 month room as well. I've never heard children this young get yelled at like they are supposed to behave like elementary age kids. My son gets upset when he feels he isn't listened to. So what does he get for talking? Sent out in the hallway, BY HIMSELF, to sit. WITHOUT a TIMER or anyone keeping track of behavior. They tried giving the kids stickers once for good behavior and supposedly that was their version of "we've tried everything but your child's behavior is not improving." Well, he's still 3.... so.... ???? I got messages at work because he threw a pillow. I got messages at work because he was being "disruptive." He also was left in timeout unsupervised and upset long enough for him to peel the plastic baseboard off the wall. Got a picture message from the "director" who has a degree in business and not a lick of childhood development education, and that supposedly I was supposed to be mad at my kid? Y'all are supposed to be taking care of HIM? I think they forgot that part. So the first two issues were him throwing a chair, which first of all he learned from another kid at the center, nevertheless is extremely troubling and we took it very seriously at home. Was warned (via text message) that if we had it happen again that he'd be asked to leave. Understandable. However someone else pointed out to me that my kid doesn't just get mad out of nowhere and blow up like that. He would have had to escalate to the point where he picked up a chair, then throw it without anyone noticing.... disturbing at the least, and even moreso that the "director" Jenna said she was present for this happening. So I set up a meeting and she canceled last minute. There's no communication with her or anyone else about what they are doing to correct the behavior or deflect it. Just basically same stuff. Put the toddler out in the hall for talking. Which, from what I have been told, is basically against the law. I guess there's a requirement that there needs to be an adult within arms reach or four feet away, which begs the question, how did my kid get away with throwing a chair twice? Several months pass, and he had an incident where he got upset and pretended to spit on the floor, was informed VIA TEXT MESSAGE that he was "interrupting class" and that they were giving us a week to find somewhere else to take him. No problem. Byeeee. Still give Stephanie in the 18 month room 5 stars. read more

I worked with the new owner Jenna at her in home day care center. When she bought milestone lane in January of 2019, I followed her over here. And I absolutely love working with Jenna and the other staff members! It is by far my favorite job I've had. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming. The thing I love the most is the smallness of it, it feels homey. It never feels over crowded, or like you will never get to know all of the children in your care. Which I think is important for the children to actually feel like they get individual attention from teachers. And they don't get "lost in the shuffle" per say. Jenna is constantly encouraging the teachers to better the learning environment for the kids! And the communication between Jenna and the staff, and Jenna/staff with parents is done very well. There's more communication here between everyone than I've seen in pervious places I've worked. It also is kept clean, which I enjoy being some what of a clean freak. Jenna and the rest of the staff do an awesome job of keeping up with cleaning on a daily basis. If I had children at this time I would definitely bring them here! There's no doubt they would be taken care of. And taken care of well! read more

I have worked at Milestone Lane since 2010. I have experienced all the ups and downs. Recently Milestone Lane came under new ownership and management. There were some small changes made and some larger ones as well. The parents, the staff, and most importantly the children are very happy. Jenna Glumac is warm and inviting. Her positive attitude and genuine love for children are infectious. She is in and out of the classrooms all day checking on teachers and spending quality time with the children. It is clear this is what Jenna was meant to do. Working for someone who loves what they do is an absolute joy. The children and the staff love her and love being here. The happy, healthy environment promotes advanced learning and personal growth. I cannot wait to see how great our center can become. read more

Milestone Lane has new ownership and they are Great! Jenna is the new owner and no one stays more involved in the day to day activities than this owner. She regularly sends texts/pics of the kids to their parents throughout the day, so the parents get a little peak into their child's day. Jenna loves connecting with the parents one on one, so she can learn about each child individually. The staff has lots of years of experience and you can feel comfortable that your child will be well cared for every day, while you are at work! read more

I have worked for many years in childcare. Daycares meet your children's basic needs. They are fed, changed, kept safe.... but you often don't see the love. At MileStone Lane the ratios are small and your child will have all their needs met and feel loved and nurtured. The teachers want to be there and it defiantly shows. Milestone Lane is under new ownership and Jenna cares about getting to know the needs of your child and your family. She is very hands on and loves to spend quality time with each and every child. read more

I followed the new owner from her home to this daycare when she purchased it at the beginning of 2019. Jenna (the new owner) is AMAZING. My daughter is in the infant room, where they require you take off your shoes so it's clean- I LOVE that. The facility is clean and the staff are all great with the kids. We pick up and drop off at random times and never see anything out of the norm. Would highly recommend for childcare. read more

Since coming under new management Milestone lane has become a premier and homey center to send your child. Due to the small class sizes each child gets personal attention and everyone gets their needs catered to. The staff are a cohesive team, seem to enjoy their jobs and love their students. Ownership is unprofessional and unable to handle conflict resolution in a professional manner. They are unqualified to run a business and regularly parent shame you if your child is exhibiting behavior that is deemed "disruptive". read more
