We have had a couple of instances where we need to get in that same day if possible and would rather not wait several hours until Urgent Care is open. Each time they have fit us in to see a physician within a couple of hours. We primarily see Dr. Sharma, but have also seen Dr. Dunlap. They both take the time to listen and answer our questions or address concerns we have (and we have a lot being first time parents).

We were never informed how long the wait would be. I anticipated one because "tis the season". Our wait time initially was about an hour. Okay, again I anticipated some kind of wait. We hit the hour, got another text saying it was gonna be another 20 minutes. Mind you my son is wheezing. It's pushing it, but fine we will wait. It's 9:35 and the kid that came in after us got called back, mind you they close at 10. I put my son in his seat and we left and went elsewhere. I am very disappointed in the care we received, or lack thereof. Definitely made me feel as though my son wasn't important.
