Reason for this review I sent two emails before the wedding even started and then a few more after. The owner said she emailed back and sent me a copy of what she sent. It was very general and told me that the woman worked really hard. That wasn't the point it wasn't what I wanted. If your not giving the bride what she asks for then the hard work doesn't mean much... does it!? My Mom called while I was on my honeymoon and Said she was going to call me and that she gave her my cell phone. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and waited but nope!!!! Sadly I can not recommend this florist, your wedding is the most important day of your life.
