Then they LIED about what the tracking said, ignored the info. I gave them from the local office who stated they did not have the package, that it was lost to spite what tracking showed. The basically said it was my problem. I expect a full refund if it doesn't show up tomorrow. Other wise my credit card company will handle it. Horrible customer service! I never treat my customers like this! Reply to their comment... I don't know who this "Anne" is they're referring to but the item did NOT arrive in the time original time frame. Seller was NOT polite. Did NOT respond in timely manner. FOUR business days until I got a response. No weekends or holidays involved. I finally got it BUT ONLY due to MY chasing after it and literally having to drive to a PO some distance from me to get it. The seller did NOTHING! Don't blame the PO when you do NOTHING!

The Oakley location is quite new and has a small retail space in front and a larger class/event space in back. I was walking by one day and decided to stop in to check out the retail offerings. It was fantastic. They carry awesome jewelry, t-shirts, tea towels, notecards and custom wrapping paper all designed by local artists. And I wanted to buy it all. (I didn't.) This is a great place to find something to treat yourself or a lovely gift for a friend. And it is located between Deeper Roots coffee and Aglamesis Brothers ice cream shop, so you can get all kinds of good things while you're in the neighborhood.
