They charge $47.5 for each bathroom I have been getting my apartment cleaned at Manhattan for many years, & even they don't charge this much! This comment from Jon of Refer Cleaning is awful & sounds desperate, all because of a negative review. Your response is full of personal attacks & falsehoods, not misrepresentations, but lies. You did not do the job as promised & didn't rate 5 stars, although you took the money ($500 in cash)! You ruined your 5-star rating! I reported it to Yelp who now has an ongoing file! I don't know how you could report me before the service. I was a new Yelper! You blamed Yelp for not investigating me before the service! Unfortunately, I didn't notice that you did NOT have a Yelp guarantee! Refer Cleaning was not the only biz in NY with over 50 reviews & a 5-star rating, as you claim, saying my motives & "sole purpose" were to destroy 5-star rated services! NO evidence of that! Yelp initially contacted services for my project, not me, & referred 5, 2 which were 5-star cleaning services! The service I hired to clean up the mess after Refer was CLEANY, a 5-star with over 280 reviews! They can attest to what they saw & had to do after the new Pro arrived! It was just 1 Pro, 3 hours! I didn't go over the work more closely, although I did point out a few things, one being the dust on the Chinese screen in the BR! Jon & his helper M, left my home half wiped down (read the review post) with floors smeared & dirty in many places. After you returned my calls on 11/10 @ 9:12pm, you refused to correct the problem about the floors particularly, and instead, said I was "chasing you down"! What an inappropriate response to a customer who left messages saying they had problems with the service, especially after giving you a $96 tip!! You did not mention a law suit filing during your return call. You are behaving in a dangerously vindictive manner, because of a negative service review. After I posted a review on 12/4/23, you called me the evening of 12/4/23, using a spoofed, disconnected number (which is in my records & I gave to you, but am not supposed to put here) & threatened me saying you were filing a sexual harassment suit for biceps touching & sexual remarks! I immediately called Yelp after hanging up on your threatening call .. scary! Then, I called your mobile and I told you I reported your threatening call to Yelp! Here are some of your lies, & there are more .. LIE: I did not sexually harass you or make sexual remarks while you were cleaning?! Please say what those remarks were! I am a mature senior citizen & certainly didn't find this little man sexually attractive. LIE: You did not "leave immediately for your safety", as you wrote. You & your helper M, (who you seem to forget was there), remained until after 4 pm. You left together after attempting to clean my front door! I say attempt because I went back and cleaned what you said couldn't be cleaned! LIE: You said I didn't confirm an appointment, which I did with the cost quote totals & my address, & can be found on the Yelp email! You didn't just decide to show up because I didn't respond, as you falsely claimed. We spoke & rearranged for another day, 11/10 instead of 11/9, all recorded. LIE: I did not open the door with a bottle of cognac or any liquor in my hand; and I don't drink cognac. LIE: I did not try to put liquor in your pocket. I offered it as a gift to you, which you refused, and pistachio nuts to your helper, who didn't refuse! You should be ashamed of yourself for this dirty, desperate attempt to smear me personally & cover up your less than good clean, and there were 2 of you! I, and my lawyer (as advised by Yelp), are now waiting for your legal paperwork, with proof, regarding "BicepsGate"! I updated the stars only because you did vacuum up most of the dust & extermination powder on the floors which was why I paid extra for the HEPA vacuuming of the floors ($75/hr for 2 hours - $150). Caveat Emptor - Let the buyer beware! :( My mother used to tell me, "if a person will lie, they will steal!"

They came fully prepared with all their own supplies, which made everything so convenient. Every corner of the house was given attention, and it was clear they took pride in their work. From scrubbing hard-to-reach areas to leaving the floors shining, they exceeded all expectations. The photos attached are the most dramatic areas of improvement, but even in the kitchen counters and cabinets that looked decently clean to me before, are now absolutely spotless and look brand new! The pricing was very fair for the exceptional quality of service provided. The cleaning turned out to be more work than expected (I likely hadn't fully conveyed the condition of some harder-to-reach areas in the "before" pictures). But the owner, Patricia, promptly texted me to let me know it would take longer and therefore cost closer to the higher end of the quoted range. She even offered to skip a few rooms in the basement if I preferred to stay more within budget. Her flexibility, professionalism, and understanding really impressed me!
