They helped hang the flags in the picture, moved around tables when needed, provided mics for us, made sure our music matched the vibe. They made set up and tear down soooo much easier for us and made the event so much more enjoyable. It's the perfect place to host an event. I have friends with kids who attended the event and they even had toys and play things for kids so everyone had the best time!! What I got instead was a frustrating, misleading, and frankly gross experience. I arrived 10 minutes early, but it took 15 minutes just to figure out how to get inside--no clear signage, no instructions, nothing. Once I finally entered, there was no one at the front desk, and I had to wander the space on my own. There was no room labeled "podcast." I eventually found a door marked "film room," which looked nothing like the photos online--just a cluttered storage closet with some lights shoved inside. No one around seemed to know where the podcast room was, either. I waited 30 minutes into my scheduled time before a passerby (who didn't even work there) finally helped me find the space. Surprise: the podcast room was, in fact, that sad little closet. Tiny table, no real setup, no podcasting equipment in sight--unless you count the pile of random gear tossed haphazardly into a nearby closet. I genuinely feared opening it would cause an avalanche. To make matters worse, the room was filthy--clumps of human hair on the floor, cheap materials, and absolutely not the "fully soundproofed" space advertised. I tried recording, but the background noise from other rooms bled clearly into my audio. This was a total bait-and-switch. Unlabeled, unstaffed, unsanitary. If you're looking for a legitimate place to podcast or record, do yourself a favor and stay far away. Hawaii Coworking is not ready for professionals.

The office staff stated that they moved to Pearl City "before Christmas"... so - maybe December 2023? Anyway, I've driven past this building many times. It's a three level structure with parking in the front and in the back. We entered from the parking lot in the back of the building. There's an escalator to the bottom floor, but it's not working and has cobwebs on it. We used the elevator to get to the third floor. The convenient restroom doesn't need a key nor a code to open the door. Pearl City Business Plaza is an old-school establishment with a hair salon, restaurants, and massage services. We'll be back!

The Ala Moana Building if I'm not mistaken is built in the 60's and that marvelous circular 23rd floor penthouse was once a restaurant that rotated and I can only imagine the view it must've been. I've had dentist here growing up and now currently is back with a local doctor. I understand the parking for visitors here are free though I've never taken the opportunity on it and just park nearby at the mall and walk over. Strange enough I still find many locals confused of what floor to get off the first or third as the third is sorta like a mid level and is the parallel with the Mall where I park and the first is the ground level with the Bank of Hawaii either way here you can get many appointments taken care of. Every time we're here, guard's mood is comparable to a bitter melon. Parking is a bit challenging at times. You gotta be keen in finding parking space. Thank goodness for this building who saves a lot of residents in here. With the available service they offer in here, pretty sure it's convenient and benefit-able to someone's part.
