We have now purchased two vehicles from the Wiesbaden location of MAS, and I highly recommend reaching out Brian Woods if you're in the market for a new car. Brian is extremely professional and knowledgeable and walks you through all of the (many) steps required when purchasing a vehicle overseas. If you're dealing with USAA while purchasing a new vehicle, that's a different story. Do not fill out the loan pre-approval online...call and immediately ask to escalate to a manager....trust me...the regular loan people will tell you they do not do overseas loans, even though they most certainly do (with MAS purchase). Four months and $23k later, I still do not have my vehicle. The salesman was great but the company itself is set up to prevent customers from getting information. After they received my money, my account was transferred to a delivery coordinator, she has acted as a roadblock to information and progress from day one. I was told by the manufacturer that they had provided a tracking number to Military Auto Source (MAS) so I can track the progress of my vehicle, my delivery coordinator was unable to provide the information, blaming their transportation department. I can not figure out what their transportation department does since the Manufacturer handled all transportation. When I would call, my calls went directly to voice-mail and the calls were never returned. After several months, my lender threatened to raise my interest rates because MAS had not delivered the vehicle and couldn't produce an ETA accurate enough to satisfy the lender. My delivery coordinator continued to ignore the problems her and her company were causing. The local dealership where pick up was scheduled was more help than the people I was buying the vehicle from. MAS is the most unethical company I have ever done business with and advise others to avoid them as I will do in the future. read more

I signed an order agreement and was promised Model Year 22 pricing for my order of a Model Year 23 Ford Maverick when the order banks opened and they have done everything they can to deny that fact. I have it in emails and in my order agreements. I completed the purchase to avoid losing the vehicle and I have been fighting them for a refund of that amount for 200+ days. So others do not get screwed like we did. Please do not go to MAS on Pulaski barracks. We placed an order with the salesman for a new blue vehicle. We signed the offer and were sent to Bremerhaven to pick up the vehicle. Once we arrived, the vehicle was, in fact, silver. All the documentation we were provided stated "blue." When we contacted the salesman back at Pulaski, his exact words were, "well, I hope silver is okay." I have never seen customer service as bad as this. In between, Military Autosource personnel have lied to us about a fictitious vehicle recall, sent us "urgent emails" falsely saying they tried to contact us but could not reach us, and were wholly unresponsive. The dealer at the MAS made the process of getting a new vehicle pretty easy and did not give any sort of inclination that it would be delayed. After they accepted my money for a down payment to secure my vehicle after manufacturing the delivery coordinator section has been terrible with communication. After several attempts to contact my delivery coordinator until two weeks before my PCS, they informed me the vehicle was delayed and not available until a month later. I had already dealt with the original sales rep not ensuring that the change in the delivery location was good. Nor did they give me any denial that changing the location at a certain time would make it difficult to get the vehicle. They tried to charge me for the logistics too until they finally agreed to move the vehicle at no cost. The best they could do was have me pay out of pocket for a rental when I arrive and they would pay me back almost 100% after receiving my vehicle. If, it arrived by the time they mentioned. After asking three times for a POC I could talk to negotiate accommodations and only getting the opposite in response--I emailed my delivery coordinator for a refund and to pay the loan back.... Their number goes straight to voicemail and no one has yet to answer my calls, call me back, and or give me the answers to my previous emails. The loan went through a month already and not even USAA can do anything. I called the dealership the car should be going to and they had no idea what was going on. This company only benefits you if the car is there on the lot where you are located. Not when you are trying to keep it together when PCSing with your family. Even if they offered me at no cost up front for a rental until my new car's keys were in my hand, i would not accept it. The customer service is terrible and no one is willing to just let me speak to someone who can make decisions or give me real answers rather than be stuck in a broken game of telephone.
