Staff is very caring and hard working, the facility is super clean and organized. They are VERY busy, ( Don't go to a Dr. that isn't) so expect to be patient, as Dr. Kroll will stay with you until he is satisfied that you understand the instructions and the protocol he suggests for you. We are both satisfied with her and her staff, as they are caring. They also have a website where you can review your charts, stats, make an appointment, etc. The only downside of the practice is she stays overbooked and your have to wait up to an hour past your appointment time. This is fine with us, but for some who have to get back to work, they may have a problem. I have seen her come out and take someone who is limited on time back to the exam rooms. All in all, I like her and her staff, and the care we are given exceeds ones we have had in the past.

I don't feel like a dollar sign to her, she makes me feel welcomed and I believe she truly cares. She is very thorough and I have complete trust in her. I do have to reschedule my appointments more than I like due to work conflicts and her staff is always able to help with my scheduling challenges.
