Enjoyed my first two visits here. Dr. G. Dhaliwal will be my new Primary Care Physician. Very pleasant experience with all the staff, and they were all very thorough in going over all my diagnosis, bloodwork, Enjoyed talking with the Doctor, the RN, and the staff. Clean, well maintained office and FINALLY: an office that wasn't over-crowded with patients, confusion and long wait times. Interesting that as I read some of the negative comments on this site that I wonder if these people have a clue. Everybody I spoke with at this facility was professional, courteous, and helpful. Waiting as usual but patients that came in after us were seen before us which is not right for a walk in unless major emergency. They don't accept many insurance companies and front desk is not very friendly. I may have just gone to we cause wait may have been shorter but I wouldn't waste the er for a soar throat. read more

If I could give no stars I would! My goal was to set primary care since moving from another state. However, care was the furthest from what I received! The office on County Line needs a deep clean!!! & they do not give proper patient attention! They lacked empathy with the exception of my initial visit by Nurse practioner Titiana she was empathetic, she diagnosed and treated me but now, all of a sudden she no longer works there. Makes me wonder why, because every visit after that went down hill and fast! Also the front receptionist Courtney needs more training on how to handle customers let alone sick patients! If your searching for a compassionate caring primary care physician, go elsewhere! read more

Stay away from this place. I went in explaining I was loosing my breath walking very little distances, he told me to stop eating, multiple times and that it was my weight. I could not tell him anything he just focused on my weight, however, a few time he told me he was concerned that my heart was going so slowly. He set me up with some tests back in his office 2 weeks later. I ended up in ICU the next morning in heart failure and it was the electronic part of my heart nothing to do with weight. All my other blood work came back great. I had to stay in ICU for 3 days on meds and have a pacemaker put in. This man let me go home with a heart beat of 41 AFTER counting it 3 times! I've never been seen by a more rude, nasty and unprofessional doctor in my life. I was sent here for pre-op testing it wasn't by choice and I will never go back and I am filling a complaint about this doctor. He cleared me for surgery never put a finger on me or so much as Checked my heart or lungs then refuse and loudly and rudely to me to leave and I can't get a copy of my paperwork and I was to leave his office so loud not just his staff heard it but all the people in waiting room did. If it's got my name and or info on it it's my paperwork he can charge me for a copy but not withhold it and no right to shout rudely for me to get out of his office.... read more

When I called was only put on hold briefly, when I got there the receptionist let me know the wait time was a bit longer then the guesstimate provided over the phone. The Dr saw me, was strait to the point; politely explained results. On my way out no surprise charges only co pay. I'm happy with the clinic. read more

If I was able to give this place 0 stars I would. They were rude and could only solve one problem at a time. Someone in my household went in for one thing and came out with meds for something completely different. She has been in a lot of pain and just went to see this doctor and was yelled at because they didn't want to treat what she came for first. There is also a sign up that specifically asks you not to put up bad reviews. Sorry but this was just unacceptable how your staff was treating the clients. They even told my 5 year old daughter not to be on their phone and would not start the exam until the phone was off. read more

When I moved to Florida a year ago, I looked for a walk in clinic I could use for my primary care. I selected Primary Care Walk In Clinic in Spring Hill. I have been very pleased with the service I have received in the times I have visited the Clinic. I enjoyed the Dr. He was pleasant and humorous as well. It made my time there a bit less stressful, as I do not like to go to the doctor. The assistants are very pleasant and helpful as well. read more

I've never actually met the doctor, but the physicians assistant, Eulora is wonderful has a good personality, and is very knowledgeable and attentive to your needs. Im done with this Dr. and the office in general I was diagnosed with Hiv i have been doubling over in pain for the past year i was forced to use medical marijuana to control the pain seeing the dr here wanted to ignore me when i kept screaming i was unable to eat and doubling over in pain. it got to the point where i had to go to the er because i had lost 20 lbs inside of 2 months i had stopped using medical marijuana because i was told it was making me sicker that was a lie , they want to take me off of the medical and shove me on some fucking narcotic because thats good for my body (not) oh and lets take away the one item that is also giving me a fucking appetite are you serious and to tell your patient well your not skinny its ok for you to lose weight so what its ok for me to fucking double over in pain to seeing as how you didnt do a fucking thing about that , you didn't fix that the er and I did not you, i will be finding a new primary care physician trust that and one that actually knows what the fuck there doing not just being pill pushers.those kick backs from the drug company's pretty nice hugh must be to sell your soul to the devil. read more

I took my 83 year old mom here with what we thought was the flu. If it was the flu they didn't tell us, but said she needed steroids and antibiotics. The service was adequate, not very friendly or otherwise remarkable. However, it took them 3 hours and my calling twice for office staff to finally call her meds in to a pharmacy. They weren't too urgent about her care. read more

I have always been pleased with the treatment I receive from the doctors and staff. I never feel rushed when seeing the doctor or the nurse practitioner. The fact that there are phlebotomists in the office is just one reason to be a patient here. Not having to switch locations for lab work is really important to me. They are affordable, work with my insurance company, and don't bill me for services I don't need. Give them a try! read more

The waiting room was hot, my wait was long, the care giver was very pleasant. The receptionist not so much and the nurse was just okay. The place is filthy. All the floors and baseboards are dirty. Dirt in the corners just dirty overall. Office seems to push paying $25 for a $2 with insurance antibiotic or $25 for Rocephin, feels a little greedy to me. It's a good thing the AANP was good or this would be a one rating. read more
