And it was great to see them finally arrive. I see that Penny posted a reply to my review.. I appreciate the response. Potential and current clients can gain a ton of insight into what the problem is from your response and make better decisions as a result. So, thank you for that. As far as becoming a client again with SF? Well, I still am a client and will be on other policies. But, as for auto and renters or homeowners? I'm not sure. I have since been able to find better coverage, lower deductibles, more payouts and added coverage than my SF policies for lower premiums. Which is something that at my last renewal according to you SF just could not do because of inflation costs of accident claims and losses in the millions to SF across the country because of paid out claims and rising costs. All of which is not my problem being an excellent driver and being able to adequately manage my own finances even in these difficult times. I am glad to have the reimbursements for monies I was rightfully and patiently waiting for. It's truly a shame that it took this long to put a period at the end of the sentence in this situation though. Perhaps SF corporate can learn from experiences you may share with them about this situation and improve their relationship with their clients. Of which without them they would be nothing.

She led us to believe we would receive a callback the next day. After 2 business days, I called them and spoke with Robin again. She said the person who does the estimates for personal policies was out with a sick child. Ok, so that is reasonable. After 1 week, I sent an email to the address given on the business card. It is now 1 week after the email was sent and 2 weeks since our initial information was left and we have not heard a word. The only communication with them has been initiated by me! As I stated initially, I am not sure what their reasoning was to decline even an estimate but a follow up call or email would have gone a long ways towards customer service. I will not use this company or recommend them to anyone.
