Here is a good article to read online about him http://www.csindy.com/coloradosprings/suppenbar-and-vladis-introduce-german-and-slovak-traditions-to-year-old-curbside-cuisine/Content?oid=2880716

Lots of European flavor to find at Vladi's!…read more Colorado Springs Food Guy had lunch at Vladi's European Street Food Truck. The Langosh is the centerpiece of the menu. It is Hungarian style fried bread resembling a pita but the texture is soft, light and flaky and tastes so good. I sampled the Langosh Burger, the Gypsy Sandwich, the BBQ pulled pork, the Potato Griddlecake, and the Hungarian Sausage. The Langosh Burger was juicy with both Canadian and American bacon. The Gypsy Sandwich was filled with seasoned, seared pork with all the fixings wrapped in a Langosh. The pulled pork and Hungarian sausage dishes were also wrapped in Langosh and loaded with spices, peppers and onions. The ingredients tasted fresh. Their meat was tender and complimented the bread perfectly! The Potato Griddlecake was also very delightful. Mr. Vladi was also very nice and greeted us personally with a smile. He also has an array of breakfast dishes. The food truck is mostly at the Curbside Cuisine Downtown but he also attends other areas in Colorado. Looking forward to eating at more European venues! oh em gee!! i will be dreaming about the candied bacon grilled cheese and tomato soup until i get…read moreit again :,) it was the perfect balance of flavor, saltiness between the main bacon flavor but the hit of sweetness from the candied coating really took this over the top. it was a lil chilly and we were sitting outside so this hit in all the right ways!! tried some of the wok chicken and rice and that was good too! the chips are a must have tbh, theyre amazing and i love the vinegar kick :D the lemonade and dirty soda were perfectly made! the server was amazing and really nice, sadly cannot recall his name :( i really liked that dogs were allowed too! i know some people are weird about it, but i personally love seeing dogs chilling with their owners! :3 def will be going back to try other items! :)

We were sat quickly. We waited 15 minutes. No water. No server. Went to front desk, waiter came…read more Seasonal menu featured at the door and on the website was no where to be found. Seasonal not included on 3 for $25 bites and starters. I really wanted the seasonal peach flat bread We waited so long for a server we missed happy hour. So no drinks. Food showed up within 20 minutes of ordering. None of it was hot Brussel Sprouts were almost cold. Bao bun chicken was barely warm. Tiki masala meatballs were cold. They did take off a lemonade and one of the appetizers. Our bill was under $14. So I guess that's ok. We were almost finished, we were hungry and ate what came to the table. That's when I was able to ask "was this supposed to be cold?" We may come back. I'm not eating cold food, that's supposed to be hot again. It scares me a little.
