These are street taco style and size but loaded up to be more filling. My favorites were the Al Pastor and Carne Asada. I could probably eat 12 of them and be happy as can be. The pollo and carnitas were also good but not the same level for me as the other two. The salsas were all good and service was friendly and nice. I ordered ahead online and picked up, which for a food truck is super convenient when it's cold, not having to stand outside very long. I would for sure eat here again. Hopefully soon.

We weren't planning on getting food but it was staring us right in the face so we really had no choice. After much debate, our group decided to get an order of buffalo chicken fries with cheese curds instead of bleu cheese and it was heavenly. Perfect ratio of meat, cheese, sauce and fries with a small number of limp fries (no one likes a wet, limp fry). There's was only one guy working but he moved pretty quick and we had (and devoured) our fries in no time. Definitely try this truck if you see it around!

Lots of European flavor to find at Vladi's!…read more Colorado Springs Food Guy had lunch at Vladi's European Street Food Truck. The Langosh is the centerpiece of the menu. It is Hungarian style fried bread resembling a pita but the texture is soft, light and flaky and tastes so good. I sampled the Langosh Burger, the Gypsy Sandwich, the BBQ pulled pork, the Potato Griddlecake, and the Hungarian Sausage. The Langosh Burger was juicy with both Canadian and American bacon. The Gypsy Sandwich was filled with seasoned, seared pork with all the fixings wrapped in a Langosh. The pulled pork and Hungarian sausage dishes were also wrapped in Langosh and loaded with spices, peppers and onions. The ingredients tasted fresh. Their meat was tender and complimented the bread perfectly! The Potato Griddlecake was also very delightful. Mr. Vladi was also very nice and greeted us personally with a smile. He also has an array of breakfast dishes. The food truck is mostly at the Curbside Cuisine Downtown but he also attends other areas in Colorado. Looking forward to eating at more European venues! If you are looking for a dog this is the place to go…read more I usually grab a K2 Dog which has a tasty Indian style topping on it with chick peas, onion, tomato, cilantro, and some other seasonings. If those are sold out I get a brat. The dogs and brats themselves are cooked to perfection and incredibly tasty. Every thing is high quality fresh ingredients. And the guy who runs the truck is friendly always greeting with a smile.
