It was incredibly helpful to know ahead of time what part of my back he would be working on next. He made me feel comfortable by chatting with me while adjusting my back. The office staff are very welcoming and efficient. They greet everyone in a way that I felt very welcomed. Once you are an established patient (go one time) you can go in anytime during the doctor's hours and get an adjustment without an appointment. I honestly was a bit skeptical about that and thought it would take a long time and that there would be a lobby full of people who popped in, but I have not had to wait more than 10 minutes.
