I had to meet someone here to conclude some very sensitive business that required a notary. I have to tell you that Miss Jennifer was by far one of The Best managers I've ever had the pleasure of meeting! ~ so much so that after my business that was unrelated to Zions Bank was concluded I became a Zions Bank customer! ~ Miss Jennifer, along with ALL this branches employees were Top Shelf ~ Class Acts the whole way! A BIG Thank You to everyone me and my daughter interacted with today.., You made a miserable situation tolerable.., and that's a Miracle! Definitely recommend these folks to anyone wanting a Stellar customer service experience!

I tried using my card to buy some lunch and low and behold my card kicked for fraud i try calling to get it unlock and wow shocking they can't do anything until i call a specific number between 1pm and 5pm on monday ... 3 days from now !! this is the worst possibke bank ever and i would suggest any and everyone bank elsewhere

There are plenty of branches around to make them useful, they do everything from home/construction loans to car loans. Full service checking, business and merchant account services are available. Go into one of their branches and you're likely to find someone you know working there, and if not they want to make it that way.
