However, I followed all the directions prior to this appointment regarding not taking my antihistamines 7 days prior to coming in for my skin test. After my testing I was told that my SSRI was blocking the testing and we would need to do a blood test and follow up in 3 months. This was after telling my provider that I have constant daily allergies that make me uncomfortable on a daily basis. I felt dismissed when told to follow up in 3 months. I will be getting the blood drawn and having my records sent to another clinic. Update: this clinic is still trying to charge me $810.00 for an allergy test that was "blunted", produced no results, and wasn't even finished. I can't believe this company has gotten away with this. I should have been charged an office visit and breathing test. NOT a skin allergy test and I am now forced to retain legal counsel. I would 100% rather pay an attorney than pay this clinic for services I NEVER received. I cannot express enough how bad this place is!! I went to another clinic 2 weeks after my visit here and have been getting allergy shots once a week since November. Pick your allergy doctor carefully!

We have no issues with Dr. Frey. However, his staff leaves much to be desired in their treatment…read moreof his patients. On December 19, my wife went in to pick up our allergy serum. Immediately, she was verbally accosted by the office manager about a supposed past due balance, apparently for allergy serum we picked up in September. My wife confirmed with me that we did not have any bills outstanding. Based on the invoices that were then provided on December 19--mind you, this was the FIRST time we had been made aware of the invoices--Advanced ENT received an insurance payment from BC/BS relating to the September allergy serum on November 14 and adjusted the amount due per contractual agreement with BC/BS on November 14 as well. However, Advanced ENT NEVER sent us an invoice in the 35 days following the receipt of the insurance payment and contractual adjustment. To treat my wife in such an unprofessional, accusatory manner (like we were deadbeats who made it a habit of skipping out on bills) was an unconscionable act. As a professional (attorney), I make it a point to make sure bills are paid on time, as I know the disruption to one's business caused by untimely payments. In my 20 years of practice, I have never, EVER hassled a client about nonpayment of a bill that I neglected to send them. How does one pay a bill that one has not received? When I called to speak with the office manager, she was equally hostile with me. Evidently, I am supposed to consider the Explanation of Benefits I received from BC/BS as the invoice from Advanced ENT (note that this would not be sufficient for tax reporting purposes, especially with respect to an HSA--the IRS will want to see an invoice from the provider that matches up with the payment). Ultimately, my wife just paid the invoices as she needed her allergy serum. Needless to say, we will be looking for a new ENT/Allergist provider, hopefully one that sends out timely invoices and treats patients with a perfect payment history with courtesy and respect.

Parking is crowded, but one can usually find a reasonable spot. Extra care is provided for those who don't walk or need special care to approach and enter. This business is on the second floor and there is an elevator. I go to get allergy shots once a week, in the hope of attenuating them to a reasonable level. So far, so good. The staff and the doctors I've seen have been very good and very friendly. It's a big bonus. Obviously, I'll be back over and over again. :)

Dr. Gary Moore walked in with a student doctor, did not introduce him nor ask my daughter if it was ok he be there. Mind you, he has been my daughter's Ear doctor for many years now. He didn't shake her hand or give her a very warm welcome as he usually does. He looked in her ear and said no infection and that the prothesis he put in her ear had fallen apart and that she needs a hearing test/CT scan. My daughter explained how her health insurance doesn't start until January. I (her mother) was trying to understand why no payment plan is offered. Dr. Moore then said: I don't know any doctor that takes payment plans. I explained how our other caregiver offers payment plan and he said: Well then why don't you go there? He then proceeded to hurry out of the room (My daughter still in his chair in pain and feeling dizzy). I then asked him if he is in this line of work to help people or if he's in it for the money? Dr. Moore then put his finger toward my face as he's halfway out of the room and said: You! I'm done with you! Then he left. My autistic daughter who was with us is now having nightmares about doctors. Says she doesn't trust doctors now. Ended up taking my daughter in pain to Urgent Care the next morning where she was diagnosed with Chronic Sinusitis. Spending another 150 for that visit. So in total Dr. Gary Moore cost us 300 for an office visit to get her seen. Not to mention the 100 dollars in medication she desperately needed. In conclusion, I have tried to reach Dr. Gary Moore's manger at Central Plains and have received no call back. I feel Gary Moore needs to retire if this is the way he is going to treat a long time patient. There is a P.A. in that office named Taylor and she is great! I DO NOT recommend Gary Moore!
