However, the client service that I received afterwards was not. Empreintes refused to engage with my complaints, repeatedly closing enquiry tickets without discussion resolution. As a result, I have not received a necklace of EUR65 value without adequate explanation (or even care) from Empreintes. Empreintes Paris is not a trustworthy online vendor.

It turns out many years later that my beloved wife is a huge admirer of Girbaud and looks, if I do write so myself, absolutely lovely in this avant-garde clothing. The store staff are Paris friendly and super helpful but, most important, they are patient during what for my wife must have been hours of trying on this, trying on that, mixing and matching toward deciding what combinations made for an ensemble and those that did not.
