Very bad experience with Millennial Moving Solutions. They stored then transported the contents of our old home to our new home. They damaged several antique pieces of furniture - they broke off pieces of carved wood trim and lost the pieces, which are irreplaceable. They broke in half an antique item that was marked as high value and they were supposed to crate and protect. They put number stickers on prominent places on wood finishes (including antiques) - not the kind of stickers movers usually use and are easy to peel off, but stickers that are very difficult to remove without damaging finishes. They delivered with our furniture several large items of furniture and boxes that did not belong to us - so someone else's furniture was shipped 600 miles away to the wrong address. Millennial took no responsibility for the damage to our furniture, and did not return calls or emails about these issues. (The only time they answered a call was when I intentionally called from an area code and number they didn't recognize.) Completely irresponsible and unprofessional. (I would give them zero stars if I could.) I am not the type to write negative reviews, but because they failed to address, or even acknowledge, the significant problems they created, this is the only option I have left. read more

These guys are beyond amazing - we hired them to move us from our 2-bed apartment in Hanover, NH to Somerville, MA (3 person job, 1x18' truck). The price Eric quoted me prior to the move was the price I paid (total was ~$1700, I've paid more for moves within the same city, so I would even go so far to say this was inexpensive!) They arrived on time, were incredibly efficient getting things in/out of the truck, and communicated when they'd be arriving in Somerville. We had a bunch of heavy boxes (at least 10 boxes of just cookbooks) and furniture (including a sleeper sofa) and they took such great care of our things. Incredibly polite and professional. Call them if you want the easiest move experience you could ask for. read more

Tim and Nate moved me out of 3 bedroom home I sold in the upper valley into a smaller 3 bedroom ranch on the Seacoast. They moved me out on a Friday at 9am and packed quickly and efficiently and were very careful with my fragile heavier items and polite, plus they came on time which was really nice since moving is stressful. They kept my items locked in a trailer all weekend and then moved me in Monday afternoon on the Seacoast. They hit some traffic and were late but kept me informed the whole time and then even helped reassemble some furniture!! Their rates were very reasonable as well. After living in our home of 35 years, we were headed off to Manchester to live much closer to where we both work. Feeling overwhelmed and a bit confused, we contacted Tim and Paul of Millennial Moving Solutions. They immediately set up an appointment with us to discuss the move, offered to supply very large plastic totes for a nominal fee so that we wouldn't have to purchase them, and gave us a very reasonable estimate. On moving day, Tim and his crew arrived right on time, were very efficient, thorough and professional, and quickly got all of our items out of our home, onto the truck, and settled into our new space in Manchester. There are just not enough good things to say about this company. We hired these guys to move us into our new house after having to fire the movers who moved us out of the old house and into storage. We're so glad we ended up with Millenial! Tim was professional, flexible, and thoughtful. There was none of the nonsense that seems to come standard with movers in our area. His pricing is fair, and his word is good. His crew was great. We hired Nate for a pro cleaning of the house before we moved in. His work was excellent, and he was genuinely sensitive to the health needs of a person in our family. He discovered a hidden problem in our new home, alerted us immediately, and then helped to solve the problem on the spot. Eric and his team did a great job moving us in, and were polite, friendly, respectful, compassionate, efficient, and methodical in their work. They took care to keep our home clean, and placed furniture and all else with care. Also, we needed Millenial to help us with a pre-move-in emergency. Their first response was "no problem." They arrived fast and properly equipped, took care of the problem in under an hour, and charged a very reasonable fee. No up-charge for the urgency. Hire these people. You won't be sorry. read more
