I did the right thing and called CM and told them about my decision. Now this is where things went South. On the way to drop our car off, I got a call from CM's shop manager, telling me that they had spoken to my insurance company and I was to bring the car to them. I was skeptical so I called my company and guess what?? They had received no call from CM. I want to give CM 5 stars because of the way the shop looks and the work that I saw being done. Even washed the whole truck and shined the tires. I would go on a Saturday morning if you want an estimate on your car. On weekdays the parking is pretty bad being in an industrial area.
