Absolutely horrible. Unfortunately our community switched to this business for their landscaping. We had no problems before until Millennium showed up. Grass has never been higher. They have butchered all of the small trees in our neighborhood and they look stupid. Long trunk with a tiny bit of branches at the top. Cut down limbs that had birds nests in them. Different heights cut in the bushes. Leaving tree trimmings all over. And what's funny is they ride around the neighborhood on the riding lawnmower BUT DON'T CUT THE GRASS. Drove by their trailer in the neighborhood and smelled of marijuana, explains why they don't know what they are doing. I'm sure OSHA would love to show up and smell that. These people don't know anything about landscaping and do a sloppy job. Hope our complex goes with a different company. Disgraceful. read more

Apple Maps app says they close at 5pm. I showed up at 4:29 to pick up 4 plants (already knew what I wanted). Staff told me they close at 4:30 and were done for the day. Incredibly annoying since I drove a half hour to get there. read more

I was having a Celebration of Life for my husband at my home and needed to flower beds around my home spruced up. 4 1/2 weeks prior Christine came out and I text her several photos of exactly what I wanted, and she stated no problem at all weather permitting. They gave me an estimate which I agreed to. The office called me and said I had to put down 50% to get on the books which I did. A week later they emailed me and said they could not get the border stone I wanted until 4 weeks after the Celebration of Life. I called the office very upset because I now only had 2 weeks and asked for my money back and she said, "ok no problem". 2 weeks later I received a check minus $930.00. When I called the office, she said that is the standard 30% they keep if I cancel for restocking fee. There was nothing to restock since she couldn't get my border for another for weeks and we had not set up a date to come to my house. Ultimately, I had HINJA LANDSCAPING that did a WONDERFUL and BEATUIFUL job and gave me EXACTLY what I wanted and charged me less money. read more

I live in a 55+ community and Millenium is our current lawn care provider....I just have to say that this is THE WORST company. our lawns aren't cut for weeks (currently going on 3 weeks) they don't trim like they're supposed to, the grass looks like it was chewed up and spit out WHEN they do finally get to it...they will cut the front and not the back or cut one side but not the other...I watch the workers ride up and down the STREET on the mowers. They don't blow 3/4 of the time...the only thing that does get done MOST but not ALL the time is the edging along the street, but not around my driveway...and the trimmers...haven't even seen them in weeks. I have never written a review but felt I should to prevent others from being taken by this company. The landscape job was fine until the foreman told his help to dig up a beautiful 12 foot camellia bush with thousands of blooms. The work order specified all dead bushes to be dug up. The owner assured me he would replace it if it died after they replanted it. Now he refuses to replace it calling it a transplant!!! He also refuses to answer my emails . Dishonest and unprofessional!! The office staff is also totally uninformed about everything and trying to communicate with them is nearly impossible. The owner is a crook. "James Slayton" He is so unprofessional and thinks he is a big shot. We bought 12 plants and a couple palm trees and had them install them. We followed everything they instructed us to do. They ended up dying on us within 8 months. As you see in pics provided the grass is as green as could be and thriving. We called and spoke with James. He gave us the run around and just sent us another quote. He said he would give a discount if we bought all over again. Fast forward 6 months later we go and we're going to bite the bullet and give them another shot but use different plants. We had the soil tested and everything to make sure everything was perfect. We go to the nursery and pick the plants and when they went to get James Slayton to ask about discount for the bad plants he sold us he said he didn't remember and was so rude and would not even listen. To give more color to this experience, I am a 77 year old disabled retired nurse. I have never encountered such a lowlife doing business with the public. I can't believe a great company like Salamander resorts aka "innisbrook" would do business with such a despicable person. I have never made a public complaint like this before. I felt compelled to given what transpired because I don't want it to happen to someone else. I plan to file a report with the bbb as well to warn others about this company. read more

After a number of estimates we chose Millenium. When making the decision, we worked with owner who made sure everything was clear and understood. The estimate was clear and consistent with the end result. This was a large project, so as you could imagine, the expectations were high. They did not disappoint with the level of professionalism and skill needed to install pavers, rock, large bamboo, other plants, aluminum edging, irrigation, sod repair, and mulch. WORST EVER! I hired Millennium to provide a drainage system for my yard which was flooding. Jim came out and gave me a very detailed quote of what he would do. The sump pumps he provided were a different model than what he quoted and have a large pipe that sticks up above the ground. He also stated that he would have 2 lines running to the street and only provided one. The sod they put down is still so lumpy you trip over it and was full of weeds and crabgrass. I made the mistake of paying him with his assurances he would stand behind his work. I repeatedly called and email him and he never responded. read more

I would not recommend this company to anyone. First of all, on their website they claim to have certified arborists on staff. However, when I called and asked I found out that's not the case. I scheduled an appointment to have them come out and give me an estimate for tree trimming and removal. They never showed up. I called to find out why and they claimed they had no record of me ever calling or scheduling an appointment. I rescheduled the appointment and once again they did not show up. When I called, Natalie claimed she forgot and would be right out to meet with me. She came out looked at the tree in question and told me she'd email me a quote by the next day. More than a week later and still no quote. Extremely unprofessional. Don't let the professional looking website fool you. read more

After writing down payment check for front yard had better thoughts and canceled 12hrs later (over night) charged a 25% restocking fee when nothing was ordered or restocked.
