Do not let this very staged before picture fool you, the house had little curb appeal. I wish we had taken a more realistic before picture; it wasn't pretty. Patches of brown grass, dying vegetation, and dirt patches would have been on display. We replaced the dead grass and vegetation with tropical plants that thrive in shade. Plus we removed the old brick boundary around the oak tree with small bushes. Finally we created a beautiful walkway from our sidewalk to driveway. We were very vocal with Henry that we wanted lots of tropical colors present. I will confess that I was slightly demanding throughout the process and Henry responded with the utmost professionalism. As a result, we now have a front yard that far exceeds our expectations. Henry also worked tirelessly to meet our timeframe and budgetary requirements. No need to look for a second quote. This location is predominantly full sun with a large indoor/bright light section in the back. For plants that may not normally be able to take the heat-they have conditioned many of them for the Florida sun, just ask if you're unsure. It's huge and has a flea market vibe. Take your time and Google lens the plants you're unsure about. Buyer beware-if you want it buy it!! Their stuff probably won't be there a week later, especially the rare things.

My friend was looking for a low maintenance plant and Jaime took the time to help find something that would actually work instead of just trying to sell something. What really stood out though was how helpful she was. She even told my friend to text her pictures of the plants at home that were struggling and said to reach out if they needed help with the new one too. That kind of customer service is so rare. I love the entire floor room, and might have peeked at the seeding in the back. My daughter loves this new shop and knows the owners, she introduced me and let the laughter begin! His wife was right next to him, I congratulated her on having a good one ;) I didn't even make it very far because then pottery got brought up and their employee makes pottery too!!! Now we are showing pictures and stories! But the shop- they love their community! They have events and big plans! I adored that they had artisan merchandise in addition to all the glorious plants!
