She not only met my expectations but she far exceeded them. Lindsay's a pleasure to work with, and goes above and beyond for her clients. She knows a lot about the market and has a ton of experience. Lindsay does a great job of speaking her mind while being respectful of all of those around her. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone, and though I don't expect to be in the market again for some time, Lindsay would be my first call.

Since it was my first home purchase, I did a Yelp search and found Lindsay. I'm so happy that I did! Lindsay was extremely responsive, knowledgeable about the process, and handled all the logistics flawlessly. It was incredibly helpful to use her preferred network of mortgage brokers and title agents who worked together seamlessly and ensured I always had everything completed on time. Anytime I had a question or an issue came up, Lindsey dove in and tackled it! She even sent a great list of helpful tips the day I moved in, and some great places to visit in my new neighborhood. By the end she felt like a friend and I would recommend her without any hesitation to all my friends and family! Thank you Lindsay, I love my new home!

CPM is the worst rental company I've endured (and I survived 444 park, if you know, you know)…read more They hire inexperienced maintenance workers and their communication is beyond poor. They have no clear channel of communication. I received texts and calls from various workers over the 3 years, it was never streamlined and hard to trust what is real from a scam. They left me without a lock on my door (inside the unit, but exposed to downstairs unit) for over a month, and allowed someone to move into the lower unit without letting me know/putting a lock on my door first. They randomly put a storm door on one day, gave a key to the basement unit, and didn't say anything to me about it. She informed me I could pay to copy hers. Mind you, the lower level tenant was not even given a key to this back door at move in, she copied mine. She was only given a front door key. So this made no sense. They are currently charging me $375 from my security deposit for window screens that never existed, plus a bunch of other bogus fees for routine turn over. If you proceed with renting a unit under them, please be meticulous in your property condition form. Get on your hands and knees and mark everything that is wrong with the unit (there's probably A LOT). I would also recommend keeping a running list of all maintenance requests, and communications from them. They are slimy and not to be trusted. Additionally, they waited until the morning of my move out to send me any instructions or information. I had already locked my keys inside, and turned off the gas and electric after not hearing from them for 2 weeks. When I sent an email that I did that, only an hour later did I receive an email saying "leave gas and electric on and return keys to leasing office to complete your move." It has been a terrible experience. They also just stopped returning emails regarding my security deposit. Please do yourself a favor and find another company to rent from. Home owners- you'd probably be better off with another company as well. They are doing a disservice to you as well.

They were undercharging us by almost $1000, I noticed right away and told them to. fix it. It took a month for Tami to get back to me, she was extremely rude to me (when this was not our fault at all, I was doing THEM a favor by flagging this) and we had to resign a new lease. So they essentially broke the lease we initially signed with them. There was a point where the garbage thing was broken for weeks and the street was lined with dozens and dozens of garbage bags. It was disgusting and unsanitary. They do a terrible job of clearing the roads in the winter, its not safe. They are scamming you with the water bill. Other reviews reference this too. They charge an insane amount for water per month and claim it's the company they use. But we still have no answers as to why its so high. I have tried to reach out to the Solomon Group, who owns the property, countless times and am ignored. My review for them is next! I wish I could have handled this privately with them but I have been completely ignored....so here I am. The maintenance guys are amazing, that is the only plus.

Every one of them is really focused on addressing issues quickly and correctly. They are so polite and courteous to residents, and of course knowledgeable on their tasks. Just a great bunch who feel like old friends to me. Also, I need to add that Solomon just came in a little more than a year ago so be wary about the old reviews. Frankly, they're not relevant. Solomon is raising the bar here at Easthaven. Many improvements taking place and in the works. Again, give them a try!

I had a drip in my shower that maintenance said would be too hard to fix, so it dripped for the last 6 months I was there. I didn't pay for water, so that was on them. Also, the elevator was broken for months last winter. The final straw that made me move was the front door was broken and anyone could simply walk in. I moved out before it was fixed, so there's no telling how long it took or if it was ever fixed. Then, when I moved out they slapped me with a bunch of BS fees. If you live there, READ YOUR LEASE CAREFULLY. If you're thinking about moving here, there are plenty of apartments in the area. I'm giving it 1 star because the rent was cheap (although it was raised every year) and the maintenance staff was really nice.

It is also one of the few buildings in the Shaker Square area that has central air conditioning. The building is safe, clean and well maintained. There is a maintenance person assigned to the building Monday thru Friday during normal business hours. Service requests are generally completed within 24 hours. The parking garage is secure and there are security cameras in all the common areas and overlooking the garage entry doors. The staff at Capital Properties Management is very good too. A few years ago a main water pipe broke on the building grounds. The building was without water for most of the day. When it was repaired, a maintenance person from Capital Properties went to every unit in the building making sure each tenant had running water and working toilets, staying well past 9:00pm on a friday night.
