A professional. Dr Schade is good at general dentistry but not domestic dentistry. My bioclear job was botch. I look like a poor Senior citizen who went to Mexico and got a botch Denture job that the shape, color and thickness does not suit them. They look thick and artificial. We attempted to fix three times and it still looks amateur compare to my friends who got them done by an experience dentist in Vancouver. Throughout the process was also amateur the assistant is too lazy to use a high suction to suck the dental dust. ***dental dust can cause lung cancer especially with the amount that I was exposed. If I ever get lung cancer I will remember to come after you two. My teeth look like arts and craft. Mid line was curve and force back with contouring. tooth was chipped in less than a few weeks from uneven molding. None was redone but filed away. Teeth was uneven length. I ask for redone, some are partially redone. They are NOT experience and Does not have eye for beauty/ proportion. I had to ask for redone the thickness and color they said at first no and then redone but still look ugly. The assistant Shelby was pushing me to get the retainer and said it is good enough of a job to suck up to the Dr to shut me up. I hated the laziness and the pressure to settle on the half ass job. All she does is shine Kevin's shoes. After three tries I still hate it and will proceed to correct it with another doctor. What a waste of my time and money. They try to say this the best they can do or risk back looking like the thick veneers. My teeth look forced/ fake/ uneven thickness and color. my teeth still snags when flossing. I hated the bioclear and the whole experience. Even after a 2 month from the last visit my gum is still red on the contouring side and bleeding. they damaged my gums. They damaged one of my lower teeth and now it has a hole or mis drilling and contouring. My canine broke off a piece within a few weeks and they just files it away and did not add a piece back so it looks slanted with a piece missing and got filed down. They should have redone from scratch instead of forcing and adding to the mistake. They kept saying they will fix it but it was never fully fixed but just adding to the mistake. I also hated when they ladies at reception look at my designer bags and try to snoop and dig info / pry. It is very personal and I do not need to share about my job or bags. You can work hard, save the suck up and gossip and get your own bag. I hated the substitute hygienist that splash water all over my face, in experienced and force plastic film that made me gag and tells me I m a gagger and push it down. If you don't know how to do. You ruin people's teeth and I spend a lot of my savings on my teeth. I rather donate the money to Unicef than have gotten bioclear and ruin my teeth. I worked hard to save money to improved my teeth, but all I bought in the end is disappointment, damaged teeth and increase risk of cancer from the bioclear dust exposure.

Now, how does one review a dentist?…read more Doctor Greg Yates has been my dentist since March 20, 1985, and only three things could make me go to another. 1) Relocation. If I were to move away from Calgary or the Calgary Area I would of course have to seek a new dentist. 2) Retirement. If, nay, when Dr Yates retires his practice. This is something I know will happen eventually, but dread the day it does. This holds also for the third option. 3) Death. Just as everybody poops, everybody dies. All I can do is hope this does not happen either to myself or to Dr Yates for a very long time. So, aside from my family, my (very professional) relationship with my dentist has been one of the longest of my life! I have good memories of going to the dentist. As such, I have never really been worried, nervous, or even scared about visiting. Even with the few fillings and other minor dental work that I've had, I've never worried. Doctor Yates has always put my mind at ease, as well as my jaw (hooray for novocain, or whatever they use!). I've only ever had good, nay excellent customer service there, too! The reception staff are always friendly and willing to work with whatever last-minute things might come up. No good dentist is cheap - err... inexpensive. All good dentists, especially the great ones, make the experience as enjoyable and painless as possible. I'm not sure if Dr Yates offers sedation options, but it never hurts to ask.
