When their filthy tools caused an infection in my gums after a simple cleaning procedure, I referred to him to provide care and his only concern was to reject his filthy office caused it. My mother-in-law had a terrible experience. He misdiagnosed her tooth infection....ran up the dental bill maxing out her insurance. When he couldn't diagnose the problem he referred her to a dental surgeon citing a cyst in the jaw bone. The dental surgeon called him an idiot for not realizing it was just a nerve! I would not send my worst enemy to this "dentist". read more

Thank goodness our family has finally stopped going to this dental office. They are so careless. Once, they hit a nerve when giving me anaesthetic with a needle and my tongue was frozen for 3 months! All they did was tell me "too bad! You'll just have to wait until it wears off." Couldn't believe it! Another time, they completed a filling incorrectly so that there was hardly any space between two of my teeth. When I complained, they fixed THEIR mistake... and then charged me for their work! This office only wants your money. And I hardly ever saw an actual dentist. And when I did, he was blatantly flirting with the hygienist instead of paying attention to the filling in my mouth. I went here for years, got a bunch of work done, and was told after the fact, the warranty on the work and product was 5 years, this was told to me when a bridge broke, and they redid it, no problem. Then the business was sold, and another dentist took over. I had another problem, they took a look and said it was just a little over 5 years, and they maybe able to give me 10% off. I made an appointment to come back, when I came back, I asked to see my file on when the work was finished, and when I looked I was within the 5 year time limit. One worker was rude and asked if I was going to want to use the warranty, she then looked at my file looking for a reason not to give the warranty, such as, not looking after me teeth proper. She couldn't find anything, and phoned the dentist, who said they would do the labour, but I had to pay $300 for the tooth. I paid, even though this was not the deal......and never went back!!! read more

It was my first time in this office today and I found the entire staff (front desk, Christie (DH) and the dentist himself) all friendly, and informative. Christie was amazing - We had a great time chatting in between her cleaning my teeth and she made it go by fast and a lot more comfortable and actually a fun experience. She was very informative and helpful. I didn't spend much time with the dentist but he was again friendly and seemed to know his stuff and knew exactly what I needed to do in future appointments. He didn't up-sell me on anything I didn't need, in fact he said if I up my flossing/brushing game at home, I can avoid future possible issues. He caught stuff that the other dentist I went to, two years ago, didn't catch and for that I'm grateful. My only thing is that it was expensive for me, a lot more than my last dentist in Regina, SK (which was an office that worked with peoples budgets, which is rare I know) and being a student with a child and no insurance it's hard BUT but teeth are important and also, I gather the prices aren't far from other offices here in Calgary - It's just part of the deal. I would highly recommend their office. read more
