After poking and prodding a little to diagnose the issue I determined it was a clogged vent. I have a second commode that has a similar issue but is rarely used so I thought I'd have them look at it, too. I called, they set me up for the next day, then called back and said they could work me in today. The tech they sent out, Winston, was very friendly and quickly checked out and fixed the master. It was not the vent but rather a partial clog. He then checked out the second commode and determined it was not a vent issue either. It needs a new valve or a replacement commode. This is why I'm not a plumber. After telling him of our remodeling plans he suggested a toilet brand, provided a quote, and let me know that replacing all three at the same time would be a good cost savings. He was in and out in less than a half hour. Great service all around. They were the only company that answered my call and they were very, very responsive. The price was fair and I'm 100% satisfied.

I contacted Ronald Washington regarding a septic back up. He quoted me a service charge of $125,…read moreand stated this amount would come off the total price. We paid a total of $400. He suggested installing an output where he'd knocked a hole in the sewer line and snaked out debris. He assured us he would return the following week to complete the job. He never called so my significant other contacted him when we didn't hear from him. He finally answered and stated that he would have someone come out. No one ever came. We called him and left several messages which he has ignored. I left my issues concerning his improper business practices on his Facebook business page and he replied there. He finally called us and we asked him about coming to an amicable compromise by refunding us the $200 since he didn't do the output installation. We even discussed the service fee of $125, as a compromise. He originally told us the service charge would come of the total price. He refused to do anything to rectify. We are left with unfinished work and property damage. Mr. Washington has a history of this type of behavior. He has several reviews on Google where others have complained about the same issues. He also has complaint on Better Business Bureaus website as well. He should not be allowed to legally conduct business.
