Once they were getting set up, he came by in person to get actual measurements. I had over estimated the square footage, so my new estimate was actually much less! The work is now completed and everything is nicer, cleaner, and better looking, by far, than when we moved in. The painting came out superb and looks fantastic. In my opinion, they went above and beyond when they repaired some nicks in the drywall before painting the staircase from the previous owner moving out. Blown away! They even touched up some of the base and trim that wasn't included in the estimate free of charge to give it that perfect finish. Turn around time for painting about 2000 square feet was less than a day and a half! (Did I mention how clean they left everything when they were done?) The office was "nice" enough to knock 30 minutes off since they provide 0 heads up that they charge you to drive/get gas/socialize in the parking lot. Their Ts&Cs claim invoices are due in 10 days after job completion. However, they will shake you down and threaten collections on day 2. I had even told them I would take care of it as soon as I was back in town due to last minute business travel. Received harassing messages and voicemails the next day. I would avoid this company at all costs.

Paul was very helpful and was able to send out a team of competent and knowledgeable plumbers…read morewithin a couple hours of being contacted about a potential leak between the water meter and foundation. He stated that they do free estimates which most plumbers I contacted do not offer. His rates were very good as well. His team was very professional and was able to locate the leak in a timely manner and communicated the issue once found-they also performed a thorough whole house assessment to ensure that was the only leak we were having. I also asked about repairs to the sewage line that was leaking under the house and they gave me a very reasonable quote to replace the damaged line which was complicated due to being located beside an under the HVAC duct work. The team had to leave the site to secure parts needed for both repairs and a second team arrived to complete the repairs in a timely manner. Paul himself stopped by the house to see how the repairs were coming along which shows he has pride in what his company does in regard to service and repairs, in my opinion, that's why they've been in business for 50+ years. The final price saved us thousands of dollars compared to rough estimated given over the phone by other plumbing companies.
