Knowing that trying to crawl on the ice to reach under to get my phone was impossible, I headed inside to see if there was something with a long handle that I could use. Dr. Paul Greenfield was great. He was very knowledgeable on how to handle a handicapped individual. He showed great empathy which is truly appreciated. I asked to PURCHASE a trial pair to hold me over, but they said they would only allow me to purchase a 90 pack (of my old prescription) when I had an appointment in 2 weeks. If you wear contacts, this is unheard of and CLEARLY A SCAM. I went to them faithfully for over 10 years, and now I will never go back. Terrible customer service. Now just like every other doctors office trying to rip you off.
