The turn around time was great they completed the job in less than 24 hours however my TPMS sensors were not reset...I returned to have them reset only to be told that 1 of the 4 sensors had died and needed to be replaced, I went and purchased a new sensor the same day Fort Wayne Wheel Repair insisted that they put it on in an attempt to preserve the fresh paint on my rims from the cosmetic repairs...they put the sensor on but still failed to reset the TPMS sensors the tech came out and said "we can't do it here are your keys"...I went to another local rim shop and they reset the sensors within 5 mins. Only to find that 2 of my rivets were missing from the same tire that the sensor had to be replaced on I called Fort Wayne Wheel Repair to make them aware and was told that someone will follow up with me on Monday it was Thursday...Monday came and the owner Derrick called as promised but basically told me that there isn't anything that he could do and that I can GLUE some rivets on myself because they are plastic!!!! There is NOTHING plastic on my $2700.00 rims that I had just spent $380 with them to have cosmetic work done...I felt very discarded and was made to feel like I don't know what I have invested my money/interest in. I had to call out to California to have 2 METAL rivets shipped to me and I replaced them myself...I will not trust my car with this company EVER AGAIN due to lack of consideration/professionalism/expertise. Not to mention they still managed to chip paint off the freshly repaired rim and my car was dirty when I picked it up a quick car wash/wipe down would be nice...when someone is spending money to enhance their car its because they care about the way it look so to have a company mishandle it and return it in worse condition than it started in is terrible!

Very disappointed with my experience at Alloy Wheel Repair Specialists…read more I brought my 2023 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali Ultimate in for wheel repair, and after several days with little communication, I picked it up to find that the one wheel they "repaired" actually looked worse than it did before I brought it in--even after paying for the service. I sent photos and videos to one of their employees, who even admitted the workmanship looked bad. When I tried to get rescheduled to have it fixed and finish the rest of the wheels, they told me they were "too busy" and tried to push me out THREE WEEKS. That's completely unacceptable considering the poor quality of work they delivered in the first place. A reputable business should stand behind their work and make things right quickly--not make customers wait weeks to fix their mistakes. Between the poor workmanship and lack of urgency to correct the issue, this is not a company I would recommend.

They got me right in as I had ordered tires on their website. Dwayne helped me when I walked in. I inquired about an alignment since I was there. He told me my car didn't need one just yet which I thought was awesome because tire shops or mechanics I've previously been to just added it to the job without advising me on whether or not it was truly needed. Best part: they have free air, balancing, rotation and fixing of flats for the life of the tires. Very satisfied with my choice of Katz Tires in Worthington (as suggested by the Clintonville Forum on FB!)

They put the wrong size tires on my vehicle so had to take my vehicle back in the next day to get correct size tires and I was charged an extra $100 and she said I was going to have to get another alignment which was another $125. I said you can't just char me these prices after you quoted me and I was financed for that price, she told me she could charge me whatever she wanted! I told her I wanted to cancel my order it had been less than 12 hours and she said she could not do that. The owner told her to give me the tires for the quoted price and I didn't need another alignment. i was very grateful to him. The next week I get my lease agreement and I was charged the extra $100 for the tires. i don't know if this is just a coincidence but three days after g my tires on, my brake light, ABS light and service traction control light are on, on my dashboard. I was charged $500 for 2 size 16 tires and an alignment which was $100.
