My husband went back and got a refund. We have to pay someone else to complete the alignment but first we had to get new parts. These were brand new parts. We went in today to visit with Les to figure out how to resolve the issue of the broken parts and Les screamed at us through the window that we could warranty out the parts and it wasn't his problem. Les Held up the paper that my husband signed yesterday to get his refund for the alignment and said that my husband signed the paperwork and it wasn't Les' problem. Les ran out the door after my husband and attempted to open the door while his wife screamed at us calling us tweakers. All we wanted was info on how to correct the broken parts, not a brawl. Completely unprofessional. We will not be back. Money isn't the principle, we got our money back. Disrespect and the way people are treated is important when running a business. I would have given a 5 star review had we not been treated so poorly. They could probably work on about three cars at once. The owner was friendly. He listened to what the problem was, and was able to find the source fairly quickly. We knew that one tire had a slow leak, but didn't know for sure why. After leaving the car there to be worked on, we found out there was just a little nail in it. He was able to fix it, and have the car back to us in a couple hours. I'm mostly just happy I didn't need a whole new tire!!

I had some used parts that I needed to sell, so I…read moresearched Google to see who around me bought used parts and A-1 Affordable Auto Parts was the 1st one to come up along with a few others. Clearly in the description of their business it stated they buy and sell used auto parts. When I called to inquire about selling to them I spoke with the owner, Mike, he told me they didn't buy parts, they only sold parts. And if he did buy them he wouldn't be able to give me what I could get from an individual. I told him it stated in the description of their business that they do buy used parts and he just said that was wrong. He recommended selling on Facebook Marketplace or something like that. After giving some ideas, he said to try that out and if I don't have any luck in selling them then he would buy them. He said to call back and ask for him, Mike, because he was the owner. I said thank you so much for the help and tried to sell the items elsewhere. After a couple weeks I couldn't get the parts sold, so I called back and asked for Mike, just as I was instructed, and told home I wasn't able to sell the parts. He then proceeded to tell me they only buy cars and they didn't do that, buy used parts that is. I said I was confused and asked him if he remembered talking to me before and he said he did, but they don't buy parts. Even though he was the one that offered to buy them if they didn't sell elsewhere. No matter how I explained that he offered and that is why I was calling, he just told me they don't do that. It wouldn't be that big if a deal if he hadn't made that step of offering to buy them if I wasn't able to sell them elsewhere, but he did and when I reached out to him about it, I was treated like I was crazy and not given any explanation on why he changed his mind, even though he said he remembered our conversation. This interaction left me believing this is a dishonest man and a dishonest company. I would be very careful doing any kind of business with them.
