I cancelled that insurance in December. I told PF to just go back to me paying the full amount. January 2nd they charged me the yearly fee. I went to use my membership and they said it was cancelled and I'd have to pay another yearly fee and go to the new prices. They would not give me a credit of the $39.00 that I just paid and wanted another $49.00!! Seriously! I was told there was nothing they could do. So I left for good. Totally unfair.

Spring through Fall there is a 4th location with additional programs and an outdoor pool. Auburn has dedicated steam rooms for men and women. Lisbon road has a heated indoor pool, large sauna and a hot tub. Classes are terrific, as are the individual trainers. Equipment and programs are up to date. Staff will never ignore you to scroll on their phones. They're always ready to give a tour for new and prospective members.

We visited while staying with Carissa's parents to try and undo some of the harm from all the vacation food. *oink oink* The Good: *Location is large and clean with plenty of machines and free weights *Staff was friendly enough, but interaction was minimal *Black Card worked as it should even tho we're +3k miles from our home gym. *Small lockers located at the front which are small enough to store your wallet/purse and keys (bring your own lock!). This was a really cool feature that none of the PFs back at home have. *Womens and Men's locker rooms *Tons of ellipticals and treadmills The Meh: *I guess you have to scan a QR code thing to get on the wifi, which I didn't realize this until the end of my visit. Normally I wouldn't care since we have unlimited data, but my signal was awful at the back of the gym. *As with other PFs, their barbells are only at set incriminates and max out at 60lbs. I'm not sure why they don't get blank barbells that we can load up ourselves. =/ The Ugly: *Some of the machines are face-to-face with other machines, so if someone is on the machine opposite of you, then you're stuck staring at them and vice-versa. Conclusion: Great new addition to Lewiston to help the people get their fit on.

Shanna is wonderful in the way she can sense what you need, and she paid close attention to areas I'd said were particularly troublesome (knees and hips) and worked challenge them just enough. It's full-body attention with varying amounts of pressure and stretching, and the warm compresses help to loosen things up too; I left feeling taller, extended, and buoyant. The essential oils used are light and natural (I can tell these were made in-house, with no overpowering synthetic scent). And the space itself is beautiful and serene, with the most comfortable padded massage mattress I've ever been on. I'm sorry that I don't live closer to come more regularly, but I hope to visit again! There are other treatments available too, along with yoga classes (including aerial, something I've yet to try).
