You put the cash into the machine and it gives you a little button type coin. Then you put this coin into the ball dispenser. We got two sets of balls. On the other side of the ball dispenser were clubs to borrow. Mostly drivers, a few irons. I saw a few sets of friends with their own clubs. I found a senior driver that added 10 yards to my swing. We also hit some softballs /baseballs at the cages. They provide mandatory helmets. You pay $1.50 for a round of balls and there was a dispenser for clubs there as well. The place was a playground. We would've done more if we had the time. We had a dinner there too and the best thing was the orange creamsicle. So good and my kids were talking about them for days. The course is in great shape, and there are some fun and unique hole designs (and most holes provide an opportunity to get a hole-in-one, which is a major factor in making miniature golf more fun, in my opinion). The only two suggestions I would offer is adding more umbrellas/shade for guests who play during the day and add more fun themed obstacles to the holes themselves, rather than just having visual themed objects outside of the putting areas. In my quest to find the best mini-golf course in America (ME is the 29th state I've mini-golfed in), I would give this course an A-. Definitely would come here again if I find myself in Maine!

The snack shack at this little League field is pretty awesome. Burgers, hotdogs, candy, onion rings and even mozzarella sticks! Plenty of drinks and ice cream stuffs too yumm. Oh and the prices... very good as well. Can't go wrong for cheap, fast, baseball food. Now let's not forget the field, there are batting cages, pitchers practice cage, decent dugouts and a beautiful field that people clearly care about. Always a good time at this field just 3 minutes from the Sandy beach!

The facility is for disc golf, but don't be fooled- they serve the BEST smoked brisket in Maine- and I can say that because I'm from Texas, and have made it a point to visit nearly every "bbq" place in Maine. Seriously, the places in Portland don't come close to this- not even in cooking process. All together we had three brisket sandwiches and fries, and an order of chicken tenders and fries- all of the food went down quickly, and everyone loved it. The owners are kind and pleasant people- the husband is a Navy veteran too! I absolutely will return here and I highly recommend you visit too!

"You are going to be climbing a F%#king Mountain". A pretty difficult course with lots of trees. You have to be pretty accurate to stay right on target. That being said you will get a work out in as it as some massive elevation for disc golf. I didn't find any of the the holes on the course to be super memorable but overall not a bad place just way far out of the way. The course could use a little TLC in mowing and maybe some large rocks or pathways for the areas that are pretty wet. Bring plenty of bug spray, sunscreen, hiking boots, and a six pack. An updated tetanus shot wouldn't be a bad idea either.
