When they come, they handle my edging, grass cutting, weeding, soil and mulch distribution, tree and bush trimming, etc... There's no way I'd be able to handle it all myself, and I was falling behind ALL THE TIME...it didn't occur to me to hire a crew until I had the chance to meet them, see their work, and especially their fair prices, and I no longer have to stress about my yard and it doesn't break my bank. They move items in my yard to not damage them, which I also appreciate...I was thinking I'd have to run out and say things like, "Look out for this and that" but I didn't even have to because they actually care about their clients (and their clients' things) and take everything into account and consideration when providing their services. Recently, I had a tree cut down by "Tree Service". Initially, everything seemed to go well with…read moretaking down the tree. Unfortunately, that is not the way things ended up with the issues afterwards. The yard cleanup was not very thorough. If a better yard cleanup would have been done, they certainly would have noticed that a piece of their equipment was left behind in my yard. The other issue, which I didn't notice until the next day, was that they had caused a large crack in my sidewalk when they backed their truck onto my yard. I called them that day regarding the equipment piece left and the cracked sidewalk. At that time, I asked if the cracked sidewalk was something that they covered and was told it was. Also, that day, someone from the company came over to pick up equipment and to take pictures of the sidewalk crack. He informed me that someone from the company would be contacting me. Since that time, I've called 2 more times and left 2 more messages. It has now been over 3 wks. and there has been absolutely NO RESPONSE from Tree Service. If you have a problem, you will be completely ignored. I truly regret choosing Tree Service to do the job and I definitely would not recommend them.

About a month ago, they came out and planted new grass around my flower beds, mulched my flower beds, planted some arborvitaes, and created a new landscape bed around the arborvitaes. When they planted the grass around my flower beds, they were sloppy and got grass into my flower beds, which I've never had before. They did seem to do a good job of planting the arborvitaes. They did a really hurried and sloppy job of putting the new landscape bed around my arborvitae. Within weeks, tons of weeds showed up in the landscape bed. Mulch in the new landscape bed was barely 1 inch thick if that and washed away with recent rains we've had. They told me they put 2 inches down but that's not true at all. I reached out to them about my issues; they didn't really seem to care. They eventually sent out their operations manager to take a look, and he told me it was happening because of the type of mulch that was put around my landscape bed. The thing is, they recommended this type of mulch for what I wanted. If it was going to wash away and not be a good choice, they should have mentioned that to me as that is why I paid them. They then wanted to charge me extra to remulch the landscape bed that they originally messed up. They also suggested I pay extra for removing the grass that they planted in my flower beds and the weeds that they didn't properly take care of. I refuse to pay for more mulch to fix something they didn't do properly the first time. Because I am unable to remove the weeds and I want my flower beds looking nice. Due to this I begrudgingly paid the extra for the landscape maintenance package. Someone came out and did a quick spray of my flower beds and said the weeds would be gone in a few days. It's been eight days later, and there is really not that much of a change in the weeds except that they've grown taller and the grass is also still growing in my flower beds. For the landscape maintenance package that cost over $100 a month, I would've thought they would've done more. Right now, I'm going to continue the landscape maintenance package to hope that they actually do the right thing and fix this. But I am not very happy with what they have done so far! The funny ending to this is they sent me an email asking me to review them on their website. After trying it on several different devices and computers i've come to the conclusion that review site does not let you submit a review. It does not work. Maybe it's because they don't want anyone to actually submit a review, but I don't know for sure. As you can probably tell, I am not happy with what I've seen so far.
