Keep in mind they did not respond to my emails, I needed my builder to get them to contact me. Nothing happened and my lawn looks really bad in several areas. When I asked them to take care of it they said it was my fault and there was "nothing more they could do" because they did not oversee the fertilization and that I may not have watered enough. What is funny is my neighbors lawn was done by them and looks fantastic and they do not have Brian Kyles do their fertilization. Now I have to pay to fix it myself. I know it was really expensive to have a lawn put in and they do not stand behind their product. Really disappointed and would not recommend.
