I checked with the Cadillac dealer, the fellow who tints their windows told me he cannot fix it without destroying the defogger. I called for a second opinion, Daniel looked at it, tried peeling off a corner, and told me he would have to be really careful but he can do it. About four hours later I picked up the car, and it looks FANTASTIC! Seems with such tinting there's always a flaw somewhere, but I couldn't find anything -- it's perfect. The inside of the car seems cooler, I think his tint blocks sunlight better than what the Cadillac dealer had used, even though the tint shade itself is the same. Yes, the defogger works fine! I've kept his card and have shown it to at least one body shop, I also plan to show it to the Cadillac dealer. Thanks!

I explained to the guy that I've been wanting to have my car detailed for a while but my schedule is really crazy and I never know what I'm doing from day-to-day lately. he asked me if he could call me right back after he tried to work some things out on his schedule. He called me back within 5 minutes and said he would be over within the hour to detail my car. The guy who arrived (Adam) was prompt and nice. He had all of the equipment needed to clean my car including the water! He detailed my car from top to bottom inside and out. He also used a clay bar and cleaned all door jambs, shampooed the carpet, clean all of the seats with leather cleaner and special moisturizer, detailed around all of the vents and even fixed a spot that was on my carpet. He charges less than a big car washes that detail and he will come directly to you. I'll never go to a big car wash chain again. This experience was great and allowed me to stay home to get some chores done. I will definitely have him back again in the future. My car looked brand-new when he was done with it and it is 2 years old!

I wanted to get my daughters 2019 Fusion detailed for her birthday. I also explained I had a Mercedes and a 2015 Center Console boat I wanted to detail for my fiancés birthday.. A good amount of time went by without hearing a response from the business so I then went to Google and got the request a quote section filled out once again explaining everything I was interested in having detailed. Finally on the 25 of April , I got this response via text 'My apologies, we've been extremely busy, can you please let me know what you have and when you were looking to have things done?" I responded the next day with everything again . Today is May 18th. I still have not heard from this business. My suggestion to this business , if your THAT busy to respond via, text, Google Quotes, via website , you should prioritize your day to allow sufficient time to return all messages within 24/48 hours.
