However, our…read moreneighbor hired the same people who then wrote up a different survey and then they drilled a metal spike through the asphalt of the driveway I just resurfaced. They did this without warning, calling or anything. Apparently some of their surveys are better than others and I would, if I were you, go with a different surveying group just to be on the safe side because they've caused a great deal of frustration and headaches.

I personally have not met this agent, rather he was the sellers agent for a potential property I was interested in. I made offers on the property which I felt was "overrepresented" in its listing. He states it was being sold "as is" and no where in the listing was that noted. When we exercised our option to break the contract due to not agreeing to inspection issues, it took more than 3 weeks to return earnest money and when it finally arrived in my home the envelope had no postage and was stuck in my front door. The envelope was opened as well. Attention to detail please.
