I would highly recommend them; I would recommend any company where the owner's name is over the door, they care so much more than the plumbing heating paramedics and the Roto rooters and the service plus companies, which seem to hire 20 year old guys that really have no idea what they're doing. Our technician suggested we put root X down our main drain once a year to keep the roots from coming back -what a brilliant idea! the other companies wanted me to spend $3,500 to dig into the ground to see what the problem could be. I had an uneasy feeling in my stomach and reached out to a friend that referred this company. Yes, they do charge money for their service, but from my experience with the two other companies I used (see my Yelp reviews on them) the companies that advertise to be free are going to do their best to get their money by scamming you.

A technician came out and inspected it. He said he needed to turn water off to the whole house but probably would run into a problem with the shut off valve, and recommended that be replaced also. The total bill was going to be almost $1000. I wanted to think about it so paid him $85 for a service call and told him I would get back to him in a few days. In the meantime I spoke with a friend who has some plumbing knowledge and he told me how to make the repair. I didn't need to shut off the water at all. It cost me less than $6 and took about 5 minutes. I definitely feel I this technician was trying to swindle me. I called the owner and asked to speak with him to give him a chance to rectify the situation, but after leaving a message because he wasn't available never got a return call. I would avoid these people because now I sincerely questioned their honesty and/or competency.

The shower trim job turned out to be FAR more complicated that originally anticipated. The former owners had literally drilled through the pipes in an attempt to get incompatible pieces to work, and the pipes were in bad condition due to excessive mineral scale. Jeremy went above and beyond, replacing the full shower line while only charging me to replace the valve. The water softener he sold me, while not cheap, is a top quality, commercial-grade product. He is a true professional who clearly takes pride in his craft and supplies only superior parts to customers. I would be happy to hire Jeremy and his team again, and he quickly fixed a few small issues with the job at no added cost.
