After two weeks elapsed, I called the Uniontown, OH, location, but nobody answered the phone. Moreover, there was no means to leave a callback request. A week later, I contacted another business. A rep visited me, negotiated a contract and within two business days installed a first-class ramp at reasonable cost. Based on the poor performance by SSS, I would not recommend that company as a source for a wheelchair ramp. PS. I assigned a one-star rating only because there was no way to post a zero score.
