Thank heavens I didn't decide to turn out of the parking lot too soon. I then followed behind the truck onto interstate 90 when they then started to drive erratic and fast. Then I was blinded by a very bright light from the back of the truck. It was very difficult to see for the remainder of my trip home. I was a ways back so I cant imagine how the car in front of me could see anything. It is already difficult for me to drive at night. This could have caused an accident. Thank heavens it didn't.

I was forced pay $75 to get the boot removed. I watched as this company employee was given a 50/50 split of the money they are extorting from its customers. Do not give this company a penny of your money or business because they are clearly unethical and have no problem extorting people.

David, from Bellreng's called me at 9:45am to tell me I needed a new : Alternator Battery Wiper Blades & an Oil Change, plus a few small things. That's how quickly they found out what was wrong. I was expecting to hear that is would be a few days & a couple thousand bucks. BUT, David said all of that was coming me to $1159.70 & it would be done around 3pm. I was shocked & thinking , "yeah, ok". Well, my phone rang at 3:15pm & my van was finished. I went to pick it up & I was quickly taken care of & outta there. The place was clean & did not smell like a garage. My van was just the way I left it. They did not mess with anything or move things around, or have that greasy paper on my floor leftover from them, like all the other places do. I left there with a smooth , quiet ride. No lights coming on, on the dash & my AC was working again. They are quick & don't mess around. I like it there & next time something goes wrong with my van, I'm definitely taking it back there !!!

I knew this and was prepared to spend the day sitting in the waiting room. To my surprise, their team offered to bring me home and later came and picked me up. I was very satisfied with the work on the car and also had a great experience with their staff.
